Suka banget menginap di sini. Ramah banget pelayanannya. Baru datang sudah disambut dengan minuman segar. Kolamnya juga ada yang buat anak-anak. Ada bathtub juga kamar mandinya. Puas banget anakku main di sini

初めてのバリ島旅行でしたが、スタッフの方はとても親切でした。トラブルに見舞われ、1日遅れての到着でしたが、快く迎えて頂き、帰国する際も「またいらしてね」と言ってくださいました。
使用したお部屋はベランダ広く、外で行動しなくてもゆっくり過ごすことができます。花火を堪能できました。飲み物を冷やす冷蔵庫があると良いですね。また来年もこちらに宿泊します。ありがとうございました。

这酒店有泳池，早餐挺好的，食物果汁➕咖啡，不是二选一，也给送到房间，房间有热水，去酒店需要上坡，老板给送到码头只要30块钱
hotel has a pool, breakfast is pretty good. Food, juice, and coffee are not a choice, they are also delivered to the room. The room has hot water. You need to go uphill to get to the hotel, and the owner will deliver you to the pier for only 75k Idr

Everyone has their own standards. I rely HEAVILY on customer reviews when traveling. I saw a few people that gave this property high remarks. Perhaps these people enjoy living in SQUALOR!!! I was there for less than 60 seconds and started contacting other Hotels for open Vacancies. I left--- I expressed my utter disgust and left as soon as I could! It looks as if I was shown a room where some sort of crime occurred. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. FILTHY Premises !!!!!!!

Super liebes und freundliches Personal. Es wird auf die Wünsche der Gäste nach bester Möglichkeit eingegangen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Garten ist im balinesischen Stil und schön gepflegt. Das Internet könnte besser gestaltet werden, teilweise sehr schlechte Verfügbarkeit in den Zimmern. Nagelneue LED TVs mit reichhaltigem Programmangebot Amazon Prime, gratis und in deutscher Sprache. Sehr strandnah, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Gute und günstige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir verlängern unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel um zwei Wochen.
Herzlichen Dank an das Hotel Sorga Team.

Most things sbout this property are teally good for the price you pay. The pool area, restaurant for breakfast and reception area. However, thr room was very tired as and in need of some basic maintenance especially in the bathroom where there were loose tiles by the shower and very dirty sealant around thd bath - these could be fixed pretty easily and cheaply but it hasn't been done yet despite many reviews saying something similar. If you want somewhere comfortable, safe and cheap this place is fine. If you want something spotlessly clean and modern look elsewhere.

Our room was on the ground floor, close by the pool. For us it was worth paying extra for aircon. Upper floors seem to be fan only. Very Good location, and good for a cheap price. Pool was a blessing for Bali’s heat

I think this was my third or fourth stay in Katu- and the hotel was okay but somehow another guest found out what room I was in and said he had knocked at night -- not a great feeling. I did not feel safe at this hotel. Also, they should have clear policies about whether you add the food items to your bill or you pay as you go; this will avoid confusion for all parties, staff and guests. I have never been chased down at any other hotel. I left before my reservation was completed because I did not feel safe.

2 kamers gehuurd, ene kamer binnen de waarden en normen van het land veronderstel ik, gezien we in verschillende gelijkaardige hotels verbleven hebben tijdens onze reis . Lakens zijn waarschijnlijk gewassen maar vertonen vlekken en verouderde badkamer. Andere kamer, 212,was een ramp. Bedeinde was bekleed in stof, vertoonde heel veel vlekken en was vergeeld, was echt heel vies. Zittingen van stoelen zaten vol met vlekken en was eveneens echt vies. Kamer rook muf en vochtig. Ik begrijp echt niet dat ze die ene kamer nog verhuren
