The staff at the Ramada absolutely made our stay. The reception staff, the restaurant staff, and the cleaning staff who cared for our room were all fantastic—each and every one of them. The buffet breakfast was first class, and for the early morning starts, a boxed breakfast was supplied. The restaurant meals were second to none with ample choices, so we ate in most nights. Sudah kesekian kalinya menginap di sini. Selalu menjadi tujuan ketika berlibur di Tomohon. Suasananya tenang jauh dari keramaian, lokasinya dekat tempat wisata Bukit Doa dan Taman Kelong. Hotelnya bersih, kamarnya luas. Staff-nya ramah. Sarapan juga enak dan variatif serta cocok juga untuk anak-anak karena banyak pilihan. Kemarin pas Imlek ada kue nastar enak sekali.

It's not the first time we stay at Villa Emitta, and the staycation experience is never disappointing. The room is cozy, the staff are nice and helpful. The location is beautiful and calm, with cool air, far from city crowds. It is also relatively near to some nice places at Tomohon. There is a simple swimming pool which my children really enjoyed. However, the hotel has quite high occupancy especially at weekend or holidays, so it is recommended to book days or weeks before. We definitely will return when we go for another staycation at Tomohon.
