For those who want to stay near Tunjungan Plaza, I highly recommend this place. It's only 5 minutes to TP, the staff and hotel were very amazing and beautiful ❤️

Ibis made my business trip more comfy. As my expectation, Ibis served the best in providing high standard of hospitality. Nice and clean room. Location very strategic to local culinary district.

Hotel pertama yang saya tempati ketika pertama kali ke Surabaya, meski ukuran kamar hotelnya agak sempit tapi recommended banget hotel ini karena pelayanannya ramah, kamar saya tidak minta dibersihkan tapi ketika kami sekeluarga balik hotel, kamarnya selalu sudah dirapikan dan dibersihkan, view dari jendela kamar bagus sekali, kamar mandi bersih dan komplit alat mandinya termasuk hairdryer juga ada, TV-nya besar dan banyak laci untuk menyimpan barang-barang bawaan. Tempat gym-nya bersih, pilihan menu di resto-nya beragam dan enak. Pokoknya hotel bintang 3 tapi the best di tengah kota Surabaya ya Ibis Surabaya Tidar ini. Next kalau balik ke Surabaya tetap mau stay di sini saja. Terima kasih Ibis Surabaya Tidar untuk kenyamanannya bagi kami sekeluarga selama liburan jauh ke Surabaya❤️❤️

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the location is near the city center, the hotel ambience was nice, so many greens and the lobby area is nice, the room was clean, they provided bolster too! They prepare everything I requested from the app.

飯店員工，尤其是代客泊車服務人員，非常友善熱情。我進出飯店比較頻繁，保全隨時準備提供協助，對此我深感抱歉。前台服務人員資訊豐富，對兒童也很友善。房間大小適中，適合喜歡逛商場或四處走走的客人，飯店本身只是用來存放物品和睡覺的地方。 Tidar Arjuna 地區有許多美食。簡約的浴室乾淨乾燥（需要保持清潔）。我很有可能會再入住。

一聽到宜必思（IBIS）這個名字，就無需多言。從入住到退房，服務都非常出色。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。對於商務出遊的人來說，房間的外部環境也相對舒適。早餐種類也足夠，考慮到是商務出行，並不需要豐盛的早餐。飯店位置優越，距離Pasar Turi火車站和Tunjungan Plaza廣場都很近。總而言之，這家飯店很不錯，我會推薦給朋友和同事。謝謝。

這家飯店非常適合商務出行，也非常適合休閒度假。整體來說非常好：乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。不過，飯店只有有線電視，沒有智慧電視。

所有要求都已滿足，謝謝。服務熱情周到，早餐美味可口，但種類略顯不足。 Wi-Fi訊號流暢，飯店週邊餐廳眾多，晚餐選擇豐富，距離TP和BG Junction購物中心也很近。讓我略感意外的是，房間裡的熱水壺沒有清洗乾淨，裡面還殘留著上一位客人的水。希望客房服務以後能更徹底清潔房間。除此之外，我對在宜必思蒂達酒店的住宿體驗總體上還是滿意的。
