Sangat tidak mengenakan, kita pertama kali menginap di situ baru kena denda katanya ada titik noda darah, sedangkan kami sekeluarga tidak ada yang berdarah. Pihak hotel tidak bisa membuktikannya, dan tetap kita disuruh ganti, saya orangnya tidak suka berdebat, tapi perlu dihati-hati untuk customer lainnya. Maaf bukan menjelekkan, tapi hotel ini beda, terlalu detail dan membuat kami tidak nyaman, yang membuat kami beri nilai min, karena kamu dituduh, sedangkan pihak hotel tidak bisa membuktikannya. Perlu dihati-hati, silakan dibuktikan sendiri kalau tidak percaya.

staff ramah, cek in cek out mudah tdk ribet, kamar bersih, kolam bersih, suasana tenang,,, cocok untuk keluarga,,, karena konsepnya garden jd bsa dimaklumi jika ad serangga kesasar ke area menginap😇, pihak hotel jg sdh menyediakan obat nyamuk elektrik klo ada nyamuk masuk.

Untuk kolamnya kaporitnya terlalu banyak jadi membuat mata sakit dan makanan rasanya lumayan cuma harganya trmsk mahal, porsi biasa. Dan bagian kolam tolong ditambahkan lampu lagi terutama bagian depan pintu masuk kamar. Lainnya bagus.
