Harusnya waktu check in bisa lebih fleksibel karena saya pribadi jauh-jauh dari Kaltim dari pagi sampai hotel tembus pagi dan harus menunggu jam 2 siang? Saya bayar untuk istirahat, bukan untuk menunggu!

Saya pesan 1 kamar untuk 2 hari yaitu kamar twin balcony. Pada tgl 2 juli saya check in di hotel tersebut. Kemudian tgl 3 juli, saya ada kegiatan dan keluar dari hotel. Saya memutuskan untuk menggantung tanda meminta membersihkan kamar. Tapi apa yang saya dapat? Kamar tidak otomatis dibersihkan, handuk tidak diganti, air minum tidak ditambah. Semua itu baru diberikan setelah saya telfon meminta ke resepsionis. (handuk, peralatan mandi, air mineral) itu juga karena saya pesan 2 malam. Kemudian tidak ada fasilitas pemanas air/termos untuk saya membuat kopi di kamar, katanya twin balcony tidak tersedia fasilitas itu. Tapi yang ada untuk yang single bed balcony (aturan macam apa ini?). Kemudian sarapan, saat akan check out saya mau sarapan dan ternyata sarapanya habis. Kami harus menunggu sarapan dimasak terlebih dahulu. For the first time saya mengalami kejadian ini. Intinya, saya tidak mau lagi menginap di hotel tersebut.

Lebih dari 1 kecoa yang beterbangan. Aroma ruangan bau apek. Operator mengganggu istirahat karena telepon menanyakan perihal tamu yang masuk. Seharusnya sebagai receptionist harus mengetahui tamu yang keluar masuk.
