Sudah pesan kamar yang classy, tahunya full dan dipindah ke kamar tipe yang beda, padahal di app lebih mahal kamar yang saya pesan (malah jadi downgrade). Alat mandi lengkap, handuk tapi bau apek, gak harum sama sekali, kamar bersih, dapat sarapan dan teh pagi. Pagi-pagi sempat mati listrik dan enggak ada genset, jadinya sangat terganggu untuk kamar yang benar-benar gelap dan AC mati.
