Tempatnya bagus, kamar bersih, hanya ada 1 saja yang kurang, sinyal wifi cuma dapat 1 titik, saya dapat di kamar lantai. 4, dan jenis kamar yang sudah di booking sebelumnya agar tidak diganti di kamar jenis lain kecuali jenis kamarnya lebih bagus.

Recepcionist pas malamnya sangat buruk pelayanannya. Tidak ramah ke customer. Kalo untuk hotel nyaman, pelayanan salah satu recepcionist nya yang sangat buruk.

Sebenarnya tidak masalah dengan kamarnya yang kecil, tapi sayangnya kamar tidak kedap suara, kemudian rada kotor sama saya pesan untuk 3 hari, tapi tiap hari di telepon ingatkan check out. Lalu untuk mandi cuma dikasih shampoo sama sabun tok, air panas tidak hidup. Sama di parkirnya ada preman yang setiap keluar bawa kendaraan pribadi di pungut 5.000-10.000 dan itu emang orang hotelnya.

Lobbynya cukup oke. Konsep juga oke untuk guest house. Kamar cukup bagus cuma temboknya agak kotor, lebih baik direnovasi dan dicat anti air sehingga kalau kotor bisa dilap. Kalau yang sekarang tembok terlihat kotor

Tidak bisa memilih kamar padahal jelas-jelas sudah tua tapi disuruh harus naik ke lantai 3. Akhirnya hanya menginap semalam aja padahal sudah dibayar untuk 4 hari dan tidak bisa direfund
