Accommodation charges IDR 80,000/guest for extra breakfast.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
- Late Check Out until 15.00 free of charge depends on room availability
- Late Check Out until 18.00 will be charge 50% from room rate on that day depends on room availability
- Late Check Out more than 18.00 will be charge 100% from room rate on that day depends on room availability
- The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- If you wish to settle your account with a credit card you will be required to present the card at check-in where a pre-authorization for the total cost of accommodation plus a security deposit will be processed.
- If you prefer to settle your account with cash, you will be required to pay the total cost of accommodation plus a security deposit to cover all incidentals at the time of check-in.
- Please note that a valid photo ID will be required at check-in and a copy retained on file. Kahyangan Resort does not accept personal or company cheques as a method of payment, unless pre-payment is made 10 business days prior to arrival.
- Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
- All of our room is a non smoking room, any guest smoking in the room will be give extra charge IDR 250,000++
- Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in case keycards are misplaced or lost.
- Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Kahyangan Resort management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms.
