Karma Kandara

We were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa! Icha was amazing, she deserves 5 stars! The funicular was not ready when we were there, but the shuttle was perfect.

Kamar staf dan lain lain ok deh. Kamar luas nyaman cuma ada satu pr nih dengan harga hotel segitu masih pelit dari sarapan. Kita sampai bingung takut salah karena tidak semua boleh dimakan jadi hanya member yang boleh ambil bebas sedangkan kita tamu hanya boleh pilih hanya satu menu yang ada di daftar menu. Makan aja ribet. Udah disuruh milih pas datang tidak enak lagi. Kalah sama hotel dengan harga dibawah itu contoh tentrem wyndem dan lain-lain.

Kami dapat kamar yang tidak layak huni, villa 78, bersebelahan dengan konstruksi. Villa kami ditutup dengan bedeng kelas kaki lima. Mereka seharusnya tidak membuka villa yang nempel langsung ke konstruksi. No privacy at all, karena pekerja berseliweran dan bisa melihat ke private pool kita. And somehow, the resto is not for you jika anda bukan member atau owner. Not worth with the price.

Tidak disediakan transportasi dari reception ke villa, katanya dekat tapi jauh. Kamar mandi bau. Sabun tidak harum. Toilet di villa 3 ada yang tidak bisa di flush. Tidak disediakan sikat gigi untuk, tidak worth it untuk kamar seharga 16jt. Overall pelayanan petugas ramah.

Resort dan harga bintang 5 dengan pelayanan dan properti kelas melati. Pengalaman yang sangat mengerikan. Menyesal menginap di Karma Kandara. Tidak akan kembali lagi ke tempat ini. Properti tua, tidak terawat dan kotor, banyak fasilitas rusak, pelayanan lambat. Dengan harga yang lebih rendah saya bisa dapat resort bintang 5 lain. Di sekitar Uluwatu dengan fasilitas, properti, dan pelayanan yang jauh lebih baik.

Pegawainya kurang ramah mulai dari penerimaan receptionis dan manajer nya kurang ramah, mentang-mentang kami wisatawan lokal jadi diperlakukan kurang baik.

Great experience! All of my guest are loving the treatments there. Very friendly staffs and awesome service. Great beach, Good spacious rooms perfect for group (we are group of 6). And the spa is amazing! It is very unique experience for sure. Thank you!

Such beautiful villas, great service and beautiful view.

First we came in, they put our family together with the luggage in one small buggy (4 seat buggy) imagine that!!! I have a big luggage and my family consist of 2 adults and 2 kids. Seriously? They put my kids in danger? After I complain, they deny our complain by said “the villa is quite near so it is safe”. Oh mannn.... it is a silly answer for 5 stars resort. I am very upset about this issue The room is big and fully equipped, but I think they lack of amenities. Their towel is dirty and has some stain. Water pressure also so low. Our private butler is very good and communicative tho. Our room service is also good and polite. But sadly he didn't come back to get our food and clean the table after. The breakfast is good. Di Mare has a breathtaking view. Until one of the employee ruin the ambience by cracking some ice noisily When we went home. They don't take it seriously, we re catching our flight but it took a very long time to check out and there is no bellboy taking our suitcase. I grab my big suitcase by myself.

The view from our villa was absolutely breathtaking. The Staffs were friendly and very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay here. My kids love spending time at the kids club.

Villanya bagus, bersih, staf hotelnya baik, ramah dan siap membantu, pantainya amazing, view kolam renang keren. Pokoknya top banget deh.

Fantastic, booked the 3bedroom with ocean view. Location on the cliff and area is private. Winds and ocean wave sound really makes souls relaxed. Definitely will come again.

Definitely go back here again. Best for you who wants to enjoy private beach life because you will stay in a villa. We stayed at one bedroom villa with private pool.

I would say the the highest value of money that I have ever spent. 4 bedrooms only 700$, they gave us late checkout until 3 PM. Their service was good, breakfast was good, view is amazing, only the rooms a bit old and dusty. But spending 700$ for these facilities are awesome.

Resort yang cocok untuk get away dari rutinitas manusia modern. Di sini gak ada alat elektronik soalnya emang konsepnya kaya gitu. Pertama dateng sih saya juga terkejut gak ada TV dan lain-lain, tapi setelah stay saya dan pasangan jadi lebih bisa mendekatkan diri dengan lebih banyak berinteraksi daripada menggunakan fasilitas elektronik tersebut.

Kids loves the beach and pool inside the villa. They can go on a crab hunting and some tide pool adventure during the day.
