An excellent and romantic stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran.
The staff is very helpful, friendly and willing to offer help when in need.
The villa is very nicely decorated, with a around 20m long pool, which is clean and of reasonable 1.5m height.
The shower facilities are very good, not to mention the quality of shampoo and body gels.
I had a romantic dinner in my villa. The decoration was amazing, food quality was good and the service was excellent.
I wish definitely visit Kayumanis again if I bisit Bali again.

Extremely good services. Staff are all polite, helpful, considerate and nice. Especially thanks to our butler Prima. He was so helpful to solve my big problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It would be much better if the lighting is brighter. If there is play zone for kids, it would be even more kids-friendly, but the resort is still suitable for family with kids (as I brought along with my 1.5 year old girl).

覺得動線有點不方便、廁所在戶外、半夜要上廁所時覺得很不方便、廚房的地方、不知道為什麼螞蟻非常多、因為也有住烏布肉桂、烏布肉桂就沒有螞蟻
不過整體上住的感覺都還不錯、食物也滿好吃

這次是第2次住肉桂金巴蘭 , 也是帶小孩老婆家人 來度假, 事隔幾年再來, 環境 跟服務人員 都還是很棒!

第二次造訪金巴蘭肉桂Villa, 因為之前的經驗還是很難忘也希望再次造訪，出發前就已經先用mail聯絡過請他們推薦好吃的峇里島食物、服務人員很細心提供資訊來給我挑選、在確認晚餐地點後也提早安排車輛、服務周到也迅速的回覆、當我們到達的時候所有的需求都有註記也確認了。
飯店設備還是跟之前一樣很齊全、免費提供早餐、下午茶跟30分鐘迎賓Spa.
當然最重要的是他們親切的服務、有任何問題都可以提出請他們幫忙或是改善。早餐口味或是送餐服務都可以依造個人口味來調整喔！
管家還會根據你住宿時間及提出的所有相關需求來建議你他們安排的時間，
舉例來說這次同一天我們需要去買咖啡豆、買一些紀念品送親友、再來回來做Spa, 晚上還要外出用餐。管家在了解我的需求後確認內部安排就在入住第一天晚上給我全部的建議包含要離開當天的送機服務喔，所以我建議第一天入住就提出你的需求跟計畫跟他們討論，他們會給你適合的建議並且安排車輛接送服務、就算有臨時要改變或是增加行程都可以給他們充分時間安排。
唯一小問題是Villa因為是戶外的空間，所以浴室在戶外、如果小孩子真的很怕蚊蟲的就要考慮是否方便喔！

整體飯店服務及設施是好的 服務人員很親切 早餐也好吃 泳池也算乾淨 游起來也滿舒服的 接送服務方面也是很周到 另外有兩點要注意 因為是villa的關係 廁所、沖澡及浴缸都是露天的 及蚊蟲頗多 這兩點是美中不足的地方 所以整個住宿下來 分數我願意給85分 供參
PS:飯店旁邊的CUCA 西班牙餐廳 我覺得可以去試試

Nice staff and great hospitality.
The one bedroom villa is very relaxing. Private swimming pool is awesome.
Sleeping room is very comfortable and eveything looks clean.
The food is unexpectedly good.
The only thing for improvement is outdoor bathroom and toilet, even though it is a nice design, there were insects and mosquitoes around. The staff has helped prepare quite a few mosquito coils which helped a bit.
Overall we have a wonderful stay, will definitely choose Kayumanis group again. Hope the management will consider renovations of the bathrooms.

The experience is incredible. I can stay in the villa whole day just enjoy the atmosphere with my lovely wife. The hotel butler services are excellent and very helpful. I definitely will recommend my friends to stay in Kayumanis, Jimbaran for their travel plan to Bali. I would like to specially thanks to our butler Herman for his help during our stay.
