Mohon untuk lebih teliti lagi dalam pelayanan kamar serta pengecekan kamar. Shower dan pintu masih dalam keadaan kurang baik. Shower ada pengaturan hangat namun tidak bisa digunakan, ada bagian pintu yang rusak.

Sayang sekali pengalaman menginapnya tidak berkesan. Lantai kamar kotor, tv rusak (akhirnya diganti), furniture di kamar terlihat kurang bersih & kurang terawat (berdebu), sampai lorong hotelnya pun begitu, kamar mandi banjir gak tau kenapa dibawah toiletnya selalu ada genangan air. Tambahan: botol shampoo kosong. Kesimpulan saya, tidak well prepared padahal saya bookingnya H-1.

Niat sampai hotel mau langsung istirahat, ternyata malah diminta refund dengan alasan kamar sudah full. Kok bisa ya, sudah payment, sudah dapat kode boking. Sampai hotelnya kamar penuh. Hal hasil cari hotel lain 🙃.
