The hotel is old and need lots of improvement, unfortunately the hotel is probably the most decent one in the area. AC is not cold, breakfast is standard and definitely not recommended for people with trouble in walking or senior citizens since they have very steep stair to reach their lobby.

Stafnya ramah-ramah, bagus. Hotel berbintang satu-satunya di tulang bawang (kami dalam perjalanan dari jakarta menuju palembang), jadi memang tidak punya banyak opsi. Tidak bisa pesan makanan di kamar karena dapurnya lagi direnovasi. Kamarnya kurang bersih, banyak noda dihampir semua barang di kamar. Tapi untuk di area tulang bawang, hotel ini yang paling oke lah.

Kamar berdebu. Sarana tidak steril. Handuk robek dan usang. Lapisan daun pintu mengelupas. Pemanas air minum kotor. Tidak ada lift tapi hanya pakai tangga darurat naik ke lantai 3. Semoga diubah menjadi lebih baik dan layak.

The hotel is old and need lots of improvement, unfortunately the hotel is probably the most decent one in the area. AC is not cold, breakfast is standard and definitely not recommended for people with trouble in walking or senior citizens since they have very steep stair to reach their lobby.

Stafnya ramah-ramah, bagus. Hotel berbintang satu-satunya di tulang bawang (kami dalam perjalanan dari jakarta menuju palembang), jadi memang tidak punya banyak opsi. Tidak bisa pesan makanan di kamar karena dapurnya lagi direnovasi. Kamarnya kurang bersih, banyak noda dihampir semua barang di kamar. Tapi untuk di area tulang bawang, hotel ini yang paling oke lah.
