Relatively low price when you want a villa hotel with private pool. Bathtub drain broken but repaired immediately. Walking distance to Jimbaran beach restaurant (Intercontinental hotel area.) Breakfast buffet not so terrible as some people's comment, but fewer choices for western food. Spa and massage okay for the price (53 USD / 2 hr.) Convenience store next to the main entrance. Little night food market nearby.

這次旅程是自己一個出發的，為了慶祝自己生日所以故意在生日的這天入住這間villa！一入到這間villa的大堂，感覺很舒服很寧靜。由於還未夠2點入住時間，所以只有在lobby等待，酒店職員很好，又給我wifi pw還給我飲品讓我慢慢等待。終於等到入住時間，職員駕車載我到房間，一邊介紹villa的設施，很快便到了。我一打開門，心裡不斷在大叫！這豪華的villa只有我一個人太興奮了！我忍不住地瘋狂拍照，隨後也立刻跳下水享受這個私人泳池！最後，我覺得開心時間總過得好快，我決定下一次也要再來這間villa，還要和幾個好友一齊享受！

The villa itself is good and beyond expectations. However, the service from the reception was not as expected. I booked the room including transportation to the airport and have requested it prior to the trip. I received the confirmation message via hotels.com. Surprisingly, the receptionist insisted that they only provide this service to the customers who stay for more than one day. If so, why release this option and reply to my request before the trip?

Poor location, no place to eat
too many mosquito, bad breakfast, unfreindly staff.
Check out time at 12pm. Too strictly. No restaurant n no shops there but u cant stay in hotel a little bit more. They will just ask u leave their room or pay extra charge. Not friendly compare with other Bali hotel.

客房清潔有待加強，我們發現枕頭套上的污垢，告知前檯後，清潔人員只不過把污垢扣起來而已而非整條更換。早餐有待加強，機場接送，接去kuta的車很棒。

優點：
1.房間很乾淨舒適。
2.迎賓飲料好喝，水果好吃，早餐豐盛，有中西 式選擇。
3.花園環境維護不錯。是很有管理的別墅。
缺點：
1.電視訊號不佳，畫面模糊。
2.網路在房間的訊號很差。
3.電視機及電風扇有幾次會自動開與關，不知道原因，但是我跟老婆有點嚇到。
4.泳池人工水流超過晚上12點還在流，影響睡眠品質，請櫃檯派人處理，只關掉電源，無法自動定時開與關。
5.有一晚下大雨，房間內靠衣櫃的地方漏水，我的行李箱都淋雨了。
6.浴室的花圃有一股怪味。
結論:
整體不錯，性價比高，但地點離海灘及鬧區有段距離，附近有便利商店還算方便，但是別住在我睡的那間房間。

This villa is closed to jimbaran beach (for the romantic beach dinner). Free shuttle to kuta 3 times a day(drop off only though). It costs about IDR70,000 (USD6-8) from semitak back go hotel with blue bird group taxi (metered). The villa is great with private pool, large living room, great security. The only thing is to. be aware of the Mosquitos and better to buy Mosquitos repellent from local stores..somehow the Mosquitos I brought to Bali didnt prove to be too effective. Bon Voyage!

房間好大，私人泳池好正，私隱度還可以，因為如果隔壁在泳池旁邊的椅刻意企高，就能給看到，如果每間房的圍牆能再高點就very good喇！早餐沒什麼好吃，住兩天，一天是送到房間，可能是人客比較少，另一天是自助的，執房時不是每樣東西都有補給或換新的，這樣有點不太好，酒店周邊是小區，沒什麼好餐廳，酒店每天有3班免費車去庫塔，只有去程，沒回程。
