我預訂的是頂層，可以欣賞新加坡的景色，但酒店給了我四樓，聲稱新加坡景觀房和頂層房價格不同，儘管我已經通過應用程序支付了頂層房的費用。下午4點辦理入住時，飯店又給了我一個可以欣賞屋頂景觀的四樓房間。

我剛進去的時候，保全和門衛態度很不友善。他們看了看我的預訂確認訊息，讓我打開應用程序，但他們的目光根本沒集中在預訂上。然後他們建議我帶鑰匙進去。我既沒辦理入住，也沒去前台，怎麼可能拿到鑰匙呢？水有異味，所以浴室裡也有異味。
