Saya tiba malam hari. Papan nama hotel tidak terlihat jelas, tidak ada staff hotel yang siaga di pintu masuk dekat tempat parkir. Penerangan area hotel kurang gelap, harus hati2 terutama setwlah hujan, karena licin. Dapat kamar di lantai bawah..banyak katak kecil di kolam depan kamar. Breakfast kurang variasi, rasa makanan perlu di tingkatkan.

Lokasinya lumayan tersembunyi, bila sudah malam agak sulit menemukan papan nama hotel. Hotelnya hanya memiliki tangga, karena kamar saya di bawah, jadi harus turun tangga, namun ada staff hotel yang membantu. Banyak katak di kolam depan kamar. Kamar cukup luas. Breakfast semacam set menu, kurang bervariasi. Perlu diperbanyak lampu untuk penerangannya.

Let's just say, the hotel was built in good aesthetics & good intention, but it is now just very tired & not at all worth the room rate I spent. The 'suite', although spacious, has moulds on the walls & ceiling, room smells mouldy & unfresh, the upholstery on the couches is dirty & old, TV is not working, water bottles aren't filled with proper mineral water (no cap), perhaps just cooked water from the kitchen. It's just sad & disappointing. I made the best of my 5 nights there (tried to decorate/cover couch with my scarfs, et al). But honestly I couldn't wait to get out of there. Also, street access Jl Suweta to hotel from Ubud downtown is shut, one has to drive via a dusty, narrow, one way street (Jl Sriwedari) that's full of potholes, and lots of traffic to get in & out. The staff, although warm & friendly, are surely not responsible with how bad this hotel is managed & appearing. Am never ever staying here again.

Bagus banget, bersih dan ramah staff-nya, worth it sih dengan harga segitu. Minus-nya agak jauh dari Jalan Gatot Subroto atau jalan yang ramai sama turis-turisnya. Bagus tapi.

Lokasi g tergolong dekat dari central ubud, kebersihan kamar perlu ditingkatkan, maintenance untuk sofa,kloset dan bathtub perlu diperhatikan untuk kenyamanan tamu, kloset goyang2, bathtub g bs terisi, untuk pelayanan staf sangat membantu dan ramah

Chỗ ở rất tuyệt vời, cảnh quan rất gần gũi thiên nhiên xung quanh là rừng. Vị trí gần cung điện và chợ rất thuận tiện. Tuy nhiên, đường vào đang gặp khó khăn vì khu nghỉ mới đang xây nên đi ô tô phải vòng thêm 3km, đi xe máy thì thuận tiện hơn.

Resortnya cukup terpencil, dari luar plangnya gak leliatan, sudah berlumut. Pelayanannya oke, tampaknya pas saya nginap lagi tahap renovasi. Lagi benerin plafondnya. Kamarnya bersih tapi tampak sudah lama tidak diisi. Dari 10 kamar cuma saya doang tamunya.

Sebenernya resort nya bagus, tenang, nyaman, bener-bener bisa healing ke sini. Tapi sangat disayangkan sekali kamar yang saya dapet kurang bikin saya tenang, kenapa? Karena pintu menuju balkon tidak dapat dikunci, alias kuncinya yang saya liat patah di dalam, otomatis tidur jadi was-was karena saya di lantai 1. Lalu saat saya sampai di sana saya cek semua fasilitas ternyata handuk dan hairdryr belum disediakan di kamar jadi saya harus minta staff hotel bawakan kekamar saya, dan satu sabun, shampo sepertinya belum di refil, tv di kamar saya tidak dapat di gunakan. Saya sekali tempat sebagus ini tapi kurang prepare dengan hal-hal seperti ini. Saya menulis agar pihak resort bisa lebih baik lagi dalam preparing agar kejadian seperti ini tidak terulah lagi.

It was really great experience during stay in this hotel, even we have a little trouble when check in due to wrong system, but the staff really helpful. Bedroom, swimming pool, were exactly the same with picture. Wifi also was very good. Only few things that still can be improved, TV channels was not attractive and hot water wasn't always available. Overall…we like to stay here and absolutely will come back
