Kamar dan lokasi cukup bagus, kolam juga cocok untuk anak-anak, sayang banget pelayanan breakfast buruk, setiap tamu harus pesan dulu menu nasi goreng atau roti, padahal tamu cukup banyak kasihan tamunya menunggu 2 jam untuk dibuatkan nasi goreng, saya lihat petugas kitchen baru setengah ke resto jam 7 lebih, padahal tempat lain jam 7 makanan sudah ready, minimal, dengan harga 500 harusnya sarapan buffet, nasi goreng asin banget.

Hotelnya enak buat liburan karena sambil menikmati suasana laut. Kurangnya hanya saat kalo mau ada acara tolong diperhatikan kenyamanan para tamu hotel yang tidak ikut acara tersebut.

Booked deluxe type room. Staying at room 15 and 16. Room very old and dirty, bathroom very standard. No coffee or tea avaikable, no fridge no nothing. Bad condition is very bad. Towel very bad and dirty. Very much over prices compare the rooms conditions. Breakfast is bad. No buffe, cheapest standard available (mie goreng, Nasi Goreng and Roti Goreng. Not recommendedat all.

The hotel itself was superb, especially if you want to blend with the nature. Great rooms (although the shower, faucet, jet showers and bathroom drainage needed some fixes), cozy pool, good ambience, nice food, friendly and helpful staffs, good price. All great until a wedding was held on my second day; People buzzling on a noisy preparation since the night before and on the next early morning, the uncosiderate speaker man turned the volume to the maximum on an annoying music, preventing any effort I made to rest myself. I had to go from the hotel to escape the loudness. If you want to stay in this lovely hotel, make sure no wedding would be held during your visit.

Fasilitas kamar sangat kurang, tidak ada telepon di ruang kamar hotel, tidak ada kopi/teh cuma ada pemanas air, tidak ada sikat gigi hotel, tidak ada gantungan baju, tidak ada sendal hotel, kanar tidak bersih tidak terawat. Buruk.

Kamar bersih dan besar, balkon juga besar. Cocok untuk bawa keluarga. Tapi dari segi fasilitas masih kurang, sesuai dengan bintang 2. Sarapan hanya ada 3 pilihan. Dan hanya bisa pilih salah satunya. Hari kedua menginap, ga disediakan air putih. Plusnya bisa pesan laundry walaupun pengantaran ke kamar ga sesuai jadwal.
