Saya tiba saat malam hari, staff cukup sigap dalam membantu proses check in. Lift kecil, lorong menuju ke kamar agak gelap. Kamar ukuran standard, cukup bersih. Breakfast variasi sesikit, rasa makanan perlu di tingkatkan.

Stay saat hari pertama tiba di Bali. Saat tiba malam hari, staff sigap. Hotel tidak terlalu besar, lift kecil. Kamar standard, cukup kedap suara.
Late dinner di resto, quiet expensive with taste like that. Waitress tidak begitu paham menu. Breakfast standard, variasi sedikit.

The team provided excellent hospitality, but the facilities, especially the rooms, are in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the bed sheets in our room felt not clean, causing my husband and me to feel itchy. Despite this, it was a good stay overall given the affordable price.

Kamar 227 Teko listrik udah pada rusak, di kamar gak ada sendok jd urgen terpaksa pakai sikat gigi yg baru buat ngaduk gulanya, terus balkon sangat kotor, flush toilet udah macet2 intinya cukup sekali stay di sini Bye Mercure

Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Sayangnya tidak kedap suara. Tapi selama stay di sana betah dan tidur pulas. Sayang untuk jalan dari lobi sampai gate depan kalau malam terlalu gelap. Kalau pagi-sore tidak ada masalah.

Overall ok, namun TV belum Android, sedangkan saat ini hampir semua menonton melalui aplikasi TV. Menu masakan kurang variasi karena 4 hari 3 malam kami menginap namun breakfast tetap nasi goreng, bubur dan lainnya. Seharusnya sekelas Mercure bisa lebih variatif.
