We stayed at Mercure Kuta Bali for 4 nights as a couple and had an overall great experience. The location is unbeatable, right across from Kuta Beach and walking distance to shops, cafes, and beach bars. Watching the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool was a highlight every evening. Our room was clean, cozy, and had a partial ocean view, which was a lovely touch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful with anything we needed. The hotel itself feels peaceful despite being in the heart of busy Kuta, which was perfect for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommend it for couples looking for a romantic yet convenient stay in Bali.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure Kuta. We were upgraded to a higher category room which was facing the sea. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

Lokasi sangat bagus, pinggir jalan, hanya selangkah ke pantai, makanan breakfast sangat bervariasi dan enak. Ke mal hanya jalan 5 menit sudah sampai. Kamar dan pelayanan sangat baik.

Cocok banget untuk hotel family. Kamar hotel bagus, nyaman banget. Ada kolam renang untuk anak dan dewasa. Lokasi strategis banget di seberang Kuta Beach, area sekitar juga banyak tempat makan dan mal Beachwalk. Pelayanan juga oke dari mulai datang sudah dikasih welcome drink.

dari segi lokasi sangat strategis dan nyaman. mau liat sunset tinggal naik ke lantai atas dari kolam renang.Kamar juga nyaman,ada bantal extra.Amenities lengkap.Kurang tempat memenjemur pakaian basah,krn tidak dianjurkan utk menjemur di balkon. staf ramah, sarapan nya biasa aja dari rasa n variasi.

Location was spot on, short walking distance to beach, shops, mall, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the pillow in the bedroom wasn't comfortable at all, got bad 3 nights sleep, somehow the pillow isn't that soft (quite hard) in my opinion.
Breakfast was variety although I miss bacon and more local sweets, staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us.
Housekeeping did their best to clean the room too, always came back to clean roo after a full day activity is really something plus.
Humidity in the room is quite high, maybe something with the airco? My clothes were quite damp.
Overall stay is good.

Be prepared with constant noise until late at night. Motor exhaust noise, fireworks, some late night music blaring from neighboring cafe. The soundproofing of the room is really bad. People walking and chatting on the hallway can be heard from inside of the room.

Be prepared with constant noise until late at night. Motor exhaust noise, fireworks, some late night music blaring from neighboring cafe. The soundproofing of the room is really bad. People walking and chatting on the hallway can be heard from inside of the room.
