Overview
Welcome to @Mojo Smart Apartment, We are located on the 7th floor in the latest Apartment block in Malang / Batu Area, Apartment Begawan. Perfect place for adventuring both Malang and Batu Area! We are located 10 minutes from Batu and 10 Minutes from Malang. Our apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and hot and cold rain shower.
Unique Selling Point
The apartment is equipped with smart switches, 43 inch smart TV with all channels, including HBO, Cinemax, CNN, and more. Fully equipped kitchen, hot and cold rain shower, AC and hairdryer is ready at your disposal. Experience smart home with voice activation at @Mojo Smart Apartment. We wish you a very pleasant stay
Facilities
The building has 2 swimming pools (Unisex and ladies only), an indoor football area, and a small gym. The apartment has several rooftop decks 9th & 15th flr, where you can enjoy the view of the mountains. Below the apartment there are several restaurants and minimarket opens everyday til 9pm

For car parking fees per day, 20,000, max. under 24 hours from the time you enter the parking ticket, sis, after 24 hours from the entrance ticket, it counts as an overnight stay of 75,000

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
Deposit Policy
Deposit IDR 1,500,000 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 17. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Accommodation does not serve free extra breakfast.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Any parties or events are not allowed in this accommodation.
Please be mindful of your neighbors, they will complain if there's excessive noise.
Max Weight on each bed is 200 kg / 440 lbs
A security deposit of Rp.1.500.000,- / 100 USD or equivalent must be paid up front, and will be returned upon check out shall there be no damages or missing items.
Please leave the unit in the same state as when you arrive.
Must sign a liability waiver upon check in.
No Smoking Inside the unit, a fine of Rp. 2.000.000,- / 150 USD will be charged for cleaning and to remove the smell from the beds.
Rp. 250.000,- / USD 18 / will be charged for missing elevator card.
Rp. 100.000,- / USD 7 / will be charged for missing room card.
