Me and my two other friends had a bad time at there. The hotel has very unprofessional severe.

I had a one bedroom facing the Singapore Straight with the pool right in front. great view. I can even see the Marina Sands Hotel tower in Singapore on a clear day. My room is at one end of the entire resort complex, and the restaurant is on the other end. We need to call for a buggy ( a golf cart kind) to get from one place to another. Doesn't wait long, the staff are super helpful. Great relexing vacation at this place.

Great view, spacious villa, and very welcoming staff. We were three friends coming here for a tiny getaway. Dinner at the restaurant was a bit pricey regarding to the quality of food. However, we still had a great time at the pool after dinner with a glass of cocktail in our hands. The breakfast buffet was quite good, offering a variety kind of cuisine. Overall, I would recommend this resort to a group with up to 6 people of friends or couples of course. Will definitely come back next time.

Excellent for everything, including the villa, dining, services, spa...........and that's why we are not wanna back to our home country after 3 days' vacation.

Good resort, limited dining options. Room service extremely poor. To get drinking water glasses takes 1 hour. Eminently provided in Room inadequate. No slippers, glasses plates etc. the so hipped free fridge option doesn’t hold any standard drink. All local drinks. The duty Manager Me. Yurri is very helpful and gives a lot of respect

Nice and relaxing escape

Tranquility, the view, and the hospitality and service of the staff in the resort. Quite far from city centre, but expensive food (though the food in Pantai is good & worth the money paid) and a lot of mosquitoes and lizards in the property. The state and condition of the furnishing and villa could have been maintained better, but otherwise had a memorable stay in the property.

Absolutely love this resort. I’m definitely coming back. Special mention to Andry. His service has wowed me. His dedication to providing good experience during our entire stay was impeccable. It was a unanimous agreement from everyone in the family that he made a difference to our stay in Batam. The property may be a bit aged but they are making efforts to upgrade the property progressively. The spa was world class. I am a seasoned traveler and the spa here was one of the top. This was my kids’ first time and I have to say I have spoiled them starting them with one of the best spa experience. Simply beautiful. A very memorable trip for my family. Returning to Batam after over 20 years, I was spoiled. Tried three resorts in Batam and this one wins hands down. Next time, I want to try the in-villa bbq. Sean and Michelle

Nice room sea view facing, but quite basic with amenities for this much spoken of resort. Complimentary mini bar was just 2 cans of soft drinks. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant Hinotori was very good!

I enjoyed my stay in Montigo Resort, everything is good just that the resort abit run down. Customer service is amazing

Great location, super relaxing. Staff are simply amazing - they cannot do enough for you. Breakfast and other dining options very good too. My mum has limited mobility and the staff were super considerate, provided a villa without steps and made sure a buggy was available when ver we needed it. Will definitely return!
