Pelayanan ramah. Strategis. Hanya malamnya agak seram. Dapat gangguan tidak bisa tidur nyenyak. Lampunya malam kalau bisa jangan dimatikan. Security harus patroli berkala. Resepsionis harus standby karena kejadian malam itu betul-betul sangat mengganggu kami sampai akhirnya pindah penginapan 🙏

Staff were friendly and the hotel offers decent facilities. The default breakfast menu is rice, but they offer bread, butter, and jam if you ask. Too bad we discovered that on the last day of our stay.

Malam listrik mati dan genset lagi rusak, beruntung dikasih lilin. Dan air shower kurang pancaran di pagi hari. tapi setelah komplain lancar. Untuk bintang satu, harga agak kemahalan ya ,tapi memang tak ada hotel yang bagus di waikabubak.

Clean, big room. Awesome pressure in the shower. Nice staff, helpful with bag, and reschedule. Good food/breakfast. Just missing HBO.

Room is very clean and nice. AC works well. Stuff is super friendly! City is a bit far, 2.5km from the hotel, but you can walk there. They also rent scooter and bike. Wifi would be bice, but we manage without that. Great place to stay, recommend!
