Lokasi yang pas buat benar-benar untuk tenang, jauh dari jalan raya dan kebisingan. Pagi hari pemandangan gunung dan danau di depan mata. Sejuk sekali.

The room is very spacious with a big bed. The toilet is very nice as well. The only thing I would note is that for us which came from a tropical climate the temperature around the area might be a bit cold. Also getting grab/gojek is nearly impossible. I would recommend to arrange transport through the hotel to airport and long distance areas if not by bike.

通往别墅的道路相当狭窄，而且是越野路段，对我们的司机来说有些困难。别墅里没有工作人员待命，所以很难安排任何事。房间干净整洁，服务优质，工作人员也很友好。然而，食物味道略淡，寡淡无味。按摩浴缸区域的房间之间可以安装隔断，以保证一定的私密性。

酒店工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，由于不可预见的情况，我入住和退房的时间都很晚，但工作人员非常乐于沟通并帮助了我们（请不要模仿），下次我还会住在这里，游泳池也像一个无边际泳池，可以看到金塔马尼湖和稻田（超出预期，这真的很好，就像在乌布一样）。入口有点窄，但足以容纳像 Innova Reborn 这样的大型汽车

sofa bed diganjal gulungan tisue kalau diduduki tidak nyaman sama sekali
tisue tidak tersedia..harus minta dlu
ketel berkerak sangat jorok
gula terkesan habis kena air jijik banget rasanya mau ngeteh atau mgopi
dikamar banyak siput berkeliaran saat malam hari
pihak manajemen diminta share lokasi mulai jam 15.30 sudah nyasar kemana mana baru di share lokasi jam 22.30
sampai di villa disambut air panas tidak nyala bahkan harus tamu sendiri yg benerin tu pemanas air
karena pegawai tidak ada yg bisa
pagi hari terulang lagi air panas mati dan tidak bisa digunakan
kamar hanya boleh di isi 2 person saja jadi jangan berharap kamar besar walau anda bawa kasur tambahan tetap akan di charge lagi 100k perorang
kolam renang utama air nya dingin utk area kintamani yg terkenal kolam air hangat tempat ini adalah yg terparah
Secara keseluruhan ini adalah tempat terburuk selama saya 2 minggu berlibur dibali
dan jangan berharap late checkout..kita jam 11.45 saja sudah di datangi utk segera checkout tepat waktu

aku booking dan note mau reservasi jam 11 mlm dan udh cht juga.staff nya blg ok pas dtg ternyata keadaan ga ad org di resepsionis.akhirnya aku tlpn trss dan baru diangkat sama staff nyaa
trss breakfast trnyata menu hanya sdikit.dan pas di pesen lama bngt gak dtg2 sekalinya dtg gak enakk bngtt.kcuali tlor nya masih ok untuk dimakan.dan satu lagi.banyak bangt lalat mau dimanapun kmr dluar smuanya banyak lalat.
