Top notch! Menginap 2 hari di kamar tipe Lagoon Access King, kamarnya luas, bersih, wangi, dan akses pool-nya sangat enak dan nyaman sekali. Lagoon pool dan main pool-nya BAGUS BANGET, WAJIB banget dan indah banget untuk bersantai di sore hari. Kemudian dari segi pelayanan, fasilitas bagus semua, terbaik. Petugasnya juga ramah dan murah senyum dan sangat helpful, mulai dari security di depan, sigap membantu unpacking barang dari mobil, FO yang cekatan dan bisa menjawab beberapa pertanyaan saya terkait fasilitas dan service hotelnya, roomboy yang mengantarkan barang saya langsung ke kamar. Petugas di resto-nya juga sangat bagus pelayananannya, benar-benar paripurna. Next time saya akan ke sini lagi bersama keluarga. Oh iya, untuk setrika dan hairdryer by request ya, dan mereka sangat helpful kok.

Great stay, great pool, clean and spacious. Nice Complimentary light afternoon meal for lagon access room. Only to improve wifi inside the room was bad seems because located in the base. Outside the room wifi was OK. Overall enjoy the experiences and will comeback again.

I had a wonderful stay at Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa. The hotel offers excellent value for money, considering the well-maintained facilities and strategic location. It's very close to the airport and Prambanan toll gate, which made traveling super convenient.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially appreciated the ambiance and overall cleanliness of the hotel area. Everything felt fresh and well-kept.
Service was generally good, although the restaurant felt a bit overwhelmed during breakfast time. It was very crowded, and there weren’t enough staff to keep up with the guests. I had to wait quite a while for a clean table, as the team was clearly doing their best but couldn’t serve everyone efficiently.
Still, I really enjoyed my short stay and would definitely consider coming back for the great location and overall comfort.

Pas masuk speechless...saking berkesannya aku..hotel ternyaman yg pernah kutemui. Semua stafnya ramah bingit, kamarnya luas, selimut sprey handuk bersih banget putih tih kayak baru, nyaman, dan yg paling gak bisa lupa itu wanginya,,,rasanya gak mau checkout. Sampai rumah pun serasa jiwaku masih tertinggal di Mustika Resort ini. kolam renangnya luas bersih dan unik desainnya ,trus ada kolam air hangatnya pula. ini resort cocok banget utk keluarga dg anak kecil Krn ada Playground dan flying fox (tp gk sempet nyoba Krn anakku keasikan berenang). ada pula pertunjukan sulap. 1-10 bintang nilaiku 10++. next ke Jogja Bakal balik lagi ke sini.

Top notch! Menginap 2 hari di kamar tipe Lagoon Access King, kamarnya luas, bersih, wangi, dan akses pool-nya sangat enak dan nyaman sekali. Lagoon pool dan main pool-nya BAGUS BANGET, WAJIB banget dan indah banget untuk bersantai di sore hari. Kemudian dari segi pelayanan, fasilitas bagus semua, terbaik. Petugasnya juga ramah dan murah senyum dan sangat helpful, mulai dari security di depan, sigap membantu unpacking barang dari mobil, FO yang cekatan dan bisa menjawab beberapa pertanyaan saya terkait fasilitas dan service hotelnya, roomboy yang mengantarkan barang saya langsung ke kamar. Petugas di resto-nya juga sangat bagus pelayananannya, benar-benar paripurna. Next time saya akan ke sini lagi bersama keluarga. Oh iya, untuk setrika dan hairdryer by request ya, dan mereka sangat helpful kok.

Great stay, great pool, clean and spacious. Nice Complimentary light afternoon meal for lagon access room. Only to improve wifi inside the room was bad seems because located in the base. Outside the room wifi was OK. Overall enjoy the experiences and will comeback again.

Kalau ada aku kasih bintang 10. Kamar oke, semua staff amat sangat ramah & cekatan dalam segala hal. Sarapan juga semua enak makanannya. Sudah keliling hotel yang lebih mahal pun di sini yang paling best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa. The hotel offers excellent value for money, considering the well-maintained facilities and strategic location. It's very close to the airport and Prambanan toll gate, which made traveling super convenient.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially appreciated the ambiance and overall cleanliness of the hotel area. Everything felt fresh and well-kept.
Service was generally good, although the restaurant felt a bit overwhelmed during breakfast time. It was very crowded, and there weren’t enough staff to keep up with the guests. I had to wait quite a while for a clean table, as the team was clearly doing their best but couldn’t serve everyone efficiently.
Still, I really enjoyed my short stay and would definitely consider coming back for the great location and overall comfort.

Pas masuk speechless...saking berkesannya aku..hotel ternyaman yg pernah kutemui. Semua stafnya ramah bingit, kamarnya luas, selimut sprey handuk bersih banget putih tih kayak baru, nyaman, dan yg paling gak bisa lupa itu wanginya,,,rasanya gak mau checkout. Sampai rumah pun serasa jiwaku masih tertinggal di Mustika Resort ini. kolam renangnya luas bersih dan unik desainnya ,trus ada kolam air hangatnya pula. ini resort cocok banget utk keluarga dg anak kecil Krn ada Playground dan flying fox (tp gk sempet nyoba Krn anakku keasikan berenang). ada pula pertunjukan sulap. 1-10 bintang nilaiku 10++. next ke Jogja Bakal balik lagi ke sini.

Kids love the pool, lots of kids activities. The room was huge. Really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety, tasted delicious.
