Room yang dipesan tidak sesuai dengan yang di aplikasi. Perlengkapan mandi pun ga ada seperti sabun sikat gigi dan odol. Sangat mengecewakan!

Kalo untuk kamar oke, pas dapet bersih, tapi untuk keset di kamar ga ada, terus untuk pembersihan kamar itu gak ada info mau dibersihkan tidak, terus buat parkir juga tidak diinfokan bisa distempel, jadinya nginep di situ beberapa hari jebol di bayar parkir, buat resepsionisnya kurang kasih info banget. Terus untuk harga early check in aja kena 50 ribu dan tidak ada kuitansi/notanya.

Check in time 14.00 we arrived @19.00 but room still not ready keep us to wait and room doesn't have pray mate and no pray area the whole building which is really sad the most frustrating things when they say room not ready even we arrived @19.00 instead of 14.00 really it ' s bad experience ever I had.

Fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan yang di iklan kan. Kamar tidak sesuai yang di share. Di iklan ada kolam renang, ternyata tidak ada, tidak ada handuk. Kamar sempit sekali dan pelayanannya buruk.

Kurang puas dan sedikit kecewa, karena disuruh nambah duit lagi karena alasan penginapan cuma untuk transit 6 jam, kudu di upgrade padahal jelas-jelas di deskripsi check in 14.00 dan check out 12.00, hadeh kasur bantal bau apek, ada bercak darah, handuk tidak ada, dan semoga yang mau pilih tempat ini mending ditanya dari awal deh apa aja fasilitasnya, maaf ya karena ini pengalaman pertama di sini.

Di kenakan biaya lagi saya fikir 155k itu fullday ternyata kata customernya untuk 6 jam saja padahal di deskripsi nya one day, Mohon di infokan kembali apabila ada perubahan, di aplikasi tertera periode menginap 5-6 juni 2022 ternyata pas sampai lokasi dinkenan charge kembali, please jangan PHP dong. Ada bantalpun tak menggunakan cover gak sesuai dengan di gambar.
