I would absolutely recommend Natya Resort Ubud. The staff were friendly and accommodating, without any hovering or intrusiveness. The included breakfast had many options (Balinese, Indonesian, vegetarian, “Western”) and readily mixed. A real highlight! We stayed in the rainy season and the hotel’s efforts to keep mosquitoes at bay were impressive. Keep your patio doors closed!

Absolutely the best resort I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to pretty much every popular holiday location in the world. The place is transformative—you become a new person. The staff are skilled at anticipating every need and they create an environment for healing and reconnection. A true Shangri La. It is clear why the Balinese are famous for their hospitality.

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights for our 10th wedding anniversary. I booked their luxury pool villa type, and everything was wonderful. The staffs were super helpful & friendly from the very beginning until the end of our stay. The room was decorated nicely as requested, and the view from our private pool was incredible. Its a honeymoon we would never forget. Thankyou! We will definitely return with our kids next time.

Hotel dengan konsep eco-resort yg menyatu dengan alam. Saya menginap di kamar Royal Pool Villa "Pandu". Kamarnya luas dan nyaman, semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik, walaupun beberapa terlihat sudah perlu dilakukan peremajaan. Ada beberapa spot dalam kamar yg memerlukan perhatian maintenance, karena terlihat kurang estetik, seperti tembok dekat bathtub yang lapisan catnya rusak karena sering terkena air, dan juga lapisan cat yg retak pada beberapa tempat. Untuk pelayanannya sangat baik dan ramah.

Kesini karena rekomendasi saudara. Kalau soal fasilitas dan keramahan, bisa dibilang Natya sudah cukup baik dalam hal ini. Cuma ada beberapa kekurangan menurut saya dan keluarga, Acnya bocor (walau sepertinya saat malam), hutan di depan private pool terlalu gelap saat malam, mungkin bisa dipasang lampu tembak atau semacamnya jadi tidak terlalu gelap jika pengunjung ingin menikmati private pool di malam hari. Natya ini terletak agak jauh dari keramaian jadi cocok untuk kalian yang suka menikmati resort (apalagi pasangan yang ingin honeymoon) dan jarang berpergian. Untuk makanan sendiri masih bisa dipesan di resto atau melalui aplikai ojek online.

Resort mewah. Tenang sunyi. Kamar bener bener lux. Untuk kamar type royal kekurangannya di bawah harusnya ada tempat bilas kecil. Biar abis renang gak harus naek ke atas untuk bilas. Kamar besar banget bisa masuk se RT. Staff ramah. Handuk bersih banget. Air hangat jos. Gak cocok untuk lansia karena kontur naek turun. Cocok untuk bulan madu.

Pemandangan yang indah, bersih dan nyaman. Pesan luxury private pool dengan sarapan di restaurant tapi karena pesan diantar ke kamar dengan floating kena charge 100rb. Ada deposit 300rb dan dikembalikan saat check out. Staff sangat membantu dan ramah. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya. Cocok sekali buat yang mau honeymoon, oh iya nasi gorengnya enak.

I stayed for 2 night in Luxury Villa for family holiday. We are not satisfy with the service & hospitality. It has to improve. Especially for reception & room. Poor maintained room, lieking sink water pipe, smelly bathroom area, the floor of the bathroom area is sticky even though it has been mopped, the outdoor shower area is mossy and dark. & the lighting near the pool need to be added, its very dark different from Royal Villa that brighter, that we used to stay there in last year.

Jalan menuju kamar lumayan naik turun apalagi posisi hujan di sana jadi harus hati-hati. Kamar + view bagus langsung ke alam. Private pool di lantai bawah lengkap beserta handuk dan pembuat teh kopi. Dapat kamar honeymoon free lagi jadi makin have fun. Breakfast endul banget. Staffnya ramah🍻

Ada ketingalan barang, ngga dikasih tau, setelah di chat baru ngabarin barangnya ada,(kebayang banget kalo barang berharga) sekilas tentang kamarnya banyak binatang masuk & jatoh ke kasur dari atas kain kelambu, dan banyak binatang nempel di kaca jendela, malem-malem ada suara cewe horror pokonya, kamarnya banyak kaca juga jadi makin serem, sekilas soal pelayanan mbaknya cukup baik, barang di anterin sampe kamar, terimkasih Mbak. Natya resort ini bener bener back to nature banget. Bener bener di tengah hutan. Cocok banget untuk orang orang yabg sehari hari tinggal di kota besar terus pengen healing di sini. Damai banget, pagi pagi disambut suara sungai burung. Pokoknya alam banget. Minus nya sih, karena ini ubud, akses jalan ke sini sempit, tempat makan juga lumayan jauh, jadi kalau kesini mending bawa makanan yang banyak. Untuk kamar nya semua nya oke banget. Ga bisa ngomong apa apa lagi sih, kamar nya keren amat, cocok tuk honeymoon.
