This accommodation has great view, beautiful view of Mt. Rinjani and Pergasingan hill. The bed sheet was stained, the bathroom had broken tiles, and the shower did not work properly so we mostly used the tap feature instead of ahower. There was a TV, but there was no reception. Blanket was given, but not enough for Rinjani cold temperature in early morning, you should wear thick clothing to sleep well. Breakfast was standard, fried rice. Taste OK. The location is a bit off the main road, was a bit tricky to find, but not too far away.

Villa nya enak, kamar bersih, udara sejuk, air dingin banget, kamar mandi bersih, cuma gak ada teko untuk masak air dan TV tidak bisa dinyalakan. Kolam renang juga bersih, anak-anak suka sekali renang, penjaganya juga ramah, tapi minta tolong sarapannya di kasih air minum kak, kopi/teh minimal🤭. Kemaren nginap di sini cuma dapat sarapan, tapi masakannya enak.

The location of Nuansa Rinjani is perfect & the concept is so cute. But unfortunately it's just not comfortable. The mattresses have no springing (you go through to the concrete base), there is no top sheet (so you sleep directly under the blankets that other guests must have used) & where the roof meets the walls, it's open (so all the mosquitoes come in). Lombok is also a Muslim island & super-unfortunately there are about 5 or 6 mosques just close by this accommodation, so expect to be woken up at 4am by countless "calls to prayer" broadcast by what seems is loudspeakers that are just outside your room. You can't sleep! Omelette at breakfast was excellent, with heaps of fresh veges in it & the staff do their best within their skill set; I just don't think hospitality is what they should be doing, and should employ someone who can advise them.

Perfect stay! Mas Bima, the housekeeper was the most friendly and accommodative best moment in Sembalun, Lombok. Definitely will come back there at another chance.

Hotel ini sangat sejuk dan menyegarkan, cocok untuk seseorang yang berasal dari kota besar yang ingin merasakan suasana liburan di pedesaan. Seperti merupakan bagian lain dari Lombok yang terkenal dengan pantai-pantainya saja, hanya saja akses menuju Sembalun sangat sulit. Mungkin ada baiknya Pemerintah Kabupaten dengan Provinsi memperbaiki akses menuju sana terutama jika dari arah Jl. Gn. Wisata Rinjani dimana tidak adanya penerangan sama sekali menuju kesana sehingga membahayakan para pengemudi dimalam hari.

Tempat menginap yang keren di sembalun. Anda bisa menjangkau tempat ini dari kuta dengan mengendarai sepeda motor selama 2,5 jam dengan jarak tempuh 68 kemuarga. Bungalow yang dikelilingi oleh perbukitan yaitu bukit pergasingan, bukit selong, bukit teletub bies dan view gunung rinjani. Penginapan dilengkapi dengan air panas, televisi dengan saluran TV kabel. Tempat tidur nyaman dan dilengkapi dengan selimut tambahan kala dinginnya malam menerpa. Pagi hari disiapkan sarapan yang enak. Depan penginapan ada kebun strawberry yang bebas untuk dipetik. Malam hari anda bisa mengabadikan milky way dari penginapan ini hanya dengan mematikan lampu. Ada spot keren di lantai dua untuk bersantai dan menikmati pemandangan sekitar. Jarak dari Bukit Selong juga dekat, bisa ditempuh dengan mengendarai sepeda motor 5 menit perjalanan. Bukit pergasingan berada di belakang persis penginapan.
