Penginapannya bagus. Bersih. Tenang. Kemana kemana-mana. Pokoknya pengen balik ke ocho lagi besok deh. Harganya murah dengan penginapan sebagus ity ditambah kolamnya yang bersih dan staff yang ramah.

When we came to the hotel for checked in, no one stand by at the front desk. The one who came first is a foreign guest, who suddenly greet us, and he ask borrowed our phone cell to call someone. We thought he want to talk to the manager or someone in charge, but after a couple minute, we doubted it. Then the reception came, and when we asked about our room, the room is booked by someone else, and they offered us another type of room. Then we called the manager, but the manager said to us to use the room that they've offered or just make cancellation. Of course we chose to cancel it, and find another hotel.

kami datang kira2 jam stgh 12 malam, kamk tdk tahu bahwa hotel ini tdk ada staf 24 jam. jadi kami lama menunggu dan harus mencari no tlp yg dpat dihubungi smpai jam 1 malam, lalu owner datang cm saat itu ternyata kamar belum di clear up dan set up namun mereka mempunyai option lain yg akhirnya kami dialihkan ke hotel lan dgn fasilitas yg baik terimakasih yaah liburan kami menyenangkan 🥰

Villa yang sangat bagus dan recommended sekali, pelayanan yang sangat ramah, tersedia dapur, minuman juga tinggal ambil di lobby, Yang paling penting WiFi super lancar, air panas mandi juga tersedia pokoknya top deh.

Saya suka tempatnya, tetapi kurang puas dengan pelayanannya, tidak ada penjaga di saat ingin check-in, Listrik masih menggunakan tokan dan tiba-tiba mati serta tidak ada nomor yang bisa dihubungin saat listrik tiba-tiba mati, Serta kamar yang belum disiapkan di saat saya check-in.

I have already booked the hotel from 2 weeks earlier. When I arrived at the hotel, we were directed to much smaller room , and far from the main pool. After confronting the receptionist, we told that the room was already full. Which make it worse, the receptionist does not even say sorry or anything at all.

Tempatnya nyaman. Lokasinya dekat sekali dengan Pantai Pandawa. Kamarnya nyaman. Kamar mandinya luas banget. Biarpun tidak menyediakan sarapan, tamu bisa dgn bebas menggunakan dapur untuk sekedar masak air panas untuk buat kopi/teh/pop mie. Penjaganya super ramah dan baik hati. HP kami yang tertinggal dikamar setelah check out dan bisa kembali lagi. Terima kasih Ocho Bali Villa.

Akomodasi ini bagus sekali, fasilitas sangat lengkap Dengan harga yang sangat murah. Akan tetapi staff hanya ada 1 dan saat saya ke sana tidak ada siapapun sehingga saya harus pergi dan balik lagi. Katanya karena pandemi dan harus konfirmasi jam kedatangan, sedangkan saya tidak diinfo Traveloka perihal hal itu. Saat sore pun saya ternyata disiapkan kamar yang salah.
