Lokasinya masih disekitar pusat kota, jadi kalau mau belanja ke mini market ke mall atau ke tempat-tempat wisata hits bisa ditempuh sangat dekat, kolam renang luas, ada rooftop buat barbeque an, ada playstation 3 nya kamarnya gede-gede melegakan extrabed dan matras ada banyak, ada mini balkon juga bagian depan rumah, minus nya cuma soal AC dan water heater nya aja sih semuanya udah oke banget sound karaoke juga mantap deh.
