We loved the feel of this place with spacious corridors and large verandah seats overlooking the harbour. The kids loved the deep swimming pool with windows on the side. The restaurant had delicious meals and the staff was lovely.

The hotel is professional and beautiful. Facilities and dining area great. It's really focused on supporting snorkling and scuba. Here they are incredible they are really careful detailed and attentive ahd very eco conscious

酒店前面就是沙灘,但因停泊了很多船隻,不宜在沙灘遊泳,
但極方便出海(浮潛,深潛等), 海底景色極美,
在酒店內有公司提供浮潛,深潛等活動,
走路不到5分鐘,便可到達碼頭,可乘船到吉利島,龍目島等小島

Top! Wir waren 1 Nacht da zu zweit in einem Familienzimmer. Den Spa haben wir auch noch kurz besucht. Tolles Hotel für einen Transfer.

El hotel es muy bonito,las piscinas están muy bien,las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Tienen muy buen tamaño y las camas también son cómodas.
El desayuno es bueno pero el personal no atiende bien,tienes que estar constantemente pidiendo que repongan la comida porque nadie está pendiente. En la recepción excepto un par de personas el resto no hace ni caso. Pero aún así lo recomiendo porque las instalaciones son muy buenas y está a 2 minutos del puerto.

We stayed here one night, to catch fast ferry in morning. I was pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem. Doesn’t look like much for the street but once you walk inside I was impressed. Their pools were beautiful. Great location to catch morning fast ferry only one mo tie walk!

Ferries were canceled for two days, so we ended up in Padang Bai for two nights. OK Divers was fantastic and just what our family needed. The family room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pools provided lots of fun for our family. The staff is kind and helpful. Solid breakfast included and great help connecting with local snorkeling.

그녀는 고객의 입장을 우선적으로 고려해주며, 불미스러운 일에 빠른 사과와 적극적인 해결책을 함께 모색해주었습니다. 그녀는 호텔의 최고의 자산임이 틀림없다는 생각이 들 정도였습니다.
제가 이름을 문의하여 후기에 꼭 작성드리고 싶었는데,
체크아웃을 도와주던 두 분의 남자직원
일행 중 아파서 조식을 드시지 못하는 상황에 음식을 챙겨주셨던 단발머리 여자직원
여러분들의 이름을 기억하지 못해서 미안합니다.
당신들 덕분에 제 여행에 많은 좋은 추억을 만들었습니다.

코카나가 5성급이라면, 그에 걸맞는 시설 유지보수가 필요해보입니다. 비가오면 물이 새고, 이불에는 도마뱀 배설물이 떨어지고(거실에서 사람의 옷에도..), 평생 물린 모기보다 더 많은 모기를 물리고, 문이 잘 여닫아 지지 않았습니다.
잠시 교체된 방은 청소가 덜 되었고, 물이 채워져있지 않아 확인도 안한 채 제공된 점이 매우 불쾌했습니다.
나는 Rani를 포함한 위에 언급한 직원분들, 조식을 도와주는 몇몇의 직원분들 칭찬하고 싶습니다.

이 리조트에 처음 체크인 했을 때로 돌아가고 싶어요 😭
길리T 입도를 위해 왔지만 하루 더 묵고 가길
정말 잘 했던 것 같습니다.
리조트 이름답게 특히나 수영장이 너무나 만족스러웠고요,
친절하고 멋진 직원들과 고요하고 아름다운 주변 풍경,
특히 항구가 바로 앞에 있어서 편리했습니다.
내년에 또 올께요!
