Saat sampai lokasi, ternyata staff tidak standby di situ dan lokasi gelap (dalam kondisi listrik mati karena tidak ada tamu, akibat covid anyway). Kondisi kamar juga beberapa lampu sudah mati dan belum diganti yang baru, keran air berkarat dan kelihatan bahwa udah lama tidak ditempatin. Jujur kita tidak puas dengan kondisi seperti itu, dan langsung memutuskan untuk batal menginap. Di sisi lain ternyata pandemi berdampak sangat luar biasa bagi penginapan di Bali, so sad.

Google map menentukan lokasi di depan jubawa homestay, tapi lokasi yang benar adalah ada gang masuk di timur sebelah homestay jubawa. Ada tulisan oyo depan gang. tapi keseluruhan tempatnya nyaman, cuma tempat tidur lebih tinggi pada umumnya, Tidak bisa naik dengan cara normal. kolam renang, cukup luas cocok buat keluarga. Tempatnya tenang dan nyaman. Cuma lebih bagus jika ada security atau staf 1 orang yang jaga malam. Karena di masa pandomi jika hanya 1 kamar terisi, terasa sunyi banget.

Air tidak ada, penjaga hotel guesthouse tidak ada. Yang paling parah ponakkan saya dikamar di gigit binatang kaki seribu. Saat kita mau cari staf tidak ada telepon di kamar pun tidak ada. Di dalam kamar juga tidak di sediakan no telepon layanan pegaduan.

The room are quite dark and no plug in near the table. we were asked the staff help to borrow the extension plug in but before the door checking to the reception the said not available and both staff keep playing game online on their phone. We were ignored. it's very basic property actually. cable roll to extend the plug in and we remove the bad light to the mirror desk. We just asked for help and the staff should show their attention. they were answered my request while keep playing game online on their android. it's very very disappointing.

Kamar cukup bersih,tempatnya tenang,hanya tidak ada sambungan tlp dikamar,jdi pas tengah malam ga ada air mau mandi harus jalan bolak balik lumayan(olah raga) ke resepsionis depan pesan dinner untuk rasa perlu ditingkatkan so far ok stafnya ramah2
