Stafnya baik dan ramah tapi sayang lift tidak berfungsi padahal kamarnya di lantai 4 jadi pake tangga darurat bikin malas turun atau naik ke kamar 😓 Efek pake tangga darurat kaki ku jadi terkilir ampun sakitnya.

Pelayanan sangat tidak ramah yang bagian pembersihan, kan tugasnya membersihkan tepat waktu. Saya datang pas jam 2 yang bersih-bersih marah belum bisa check-in kamar masih kotor tidak boleh ada masuk kalau saya belum selesai kan jam 2. saya tunggu sampai jam stgh 3 lewat kalau saya tidak protes kamar saya tidak di check-in kamar mandi saja dengan dengan ini hotel barkah jalan cendrawasih makassar. Fasilitas di kamar jelek. siaran TV rusak dan kamar mandi rusak.

Kamarnya lumayan bagus hanya tidak disediakan sabun, Shampo dan sikat gigi terlebih tidak ada selimutnya terus nama hotelnya terlalu kecil jadi tidak kelihatan saat pencarian.
