Kesalahan dari staf hotel. Saya pesen 2 kamar yg ada AC nya.pas datang malah 1 jatah kamar saya dikasih kan orang lain .saya diganti dengan kamar yg tidak AC. ya saya tidak mau .dengan menunggu berapa jam akhirnya dpt kamar pengganti
