The receptionist was unfriendly & ignore us even the process administration takes longer time to proceed. Our baggage was fall down from the stairs and he (receptionist) did nothing only see and back to his desk. What? He supposed to help us. The air conditiong was not cold enough & the room need full renovation.

This place have a good location, sadly the place is not maintained, the door barely close properly & the toilet is dirty. The TV don't have many channels, and it's better to find another weekly place to rent (kost) instead of this place, since it'll be cheaper & probably gives better utility

Kamar mandi kotor, air panas tidak berfungsi, lantai berdebu, ada sisa sampah di bawah tempat tidur, pegawai front office kurang ramah saat saya minta penukaran kamar, pegawai kurang sopan duduk dengan kaki di angkat. Sudah cukup 1 malam, biar aja sisa 3 malam lagi hangus, tidak betah saya.

Kamar cukup bersih dan rapi, toilet agak bau, tidak ada alat mandi dan air minum, selimut dan handuk hanya 1, channel tv tidak ada yang bsa di tonton karena gambar tidak jelas, tdak ada tv kabel, tidak ada remot tv, sepertinya sedang ada renovasi di tapi tdak di beritahukan kepada tamu dan saat pagi hari pengerjaan renovasinya sangat bising dan mengganggu, lalu air di shower jadi kecil dan hanya keluar air panas bahkan suhu airnya berubah menjadi panas sampai ke air untuk kloset.

Kamar cukup bersih dan rapi, toilet agak bau, tidak ada alat mandi dan air minum, selimut dan handuk hanya 1, channel tv tidak ada yang bsa di tonton karena gambar tidak jelas, tdak ada tv kabel, tidak ada remot tv, sepertinya sedang ada renovasi di tapi tdak di beritahukan kepada tamu dan saat pagi hari pengerjaan renovasinya sangat bising dan mengganggu, lalu air di shower jadi kecil dan hanya keluar air panas bahkan suhu airnya berubah menjadi panas sampai ke air untuk kloset.
