Kurang memuaskan dari segi pelayanan dan fasilitas. Air mati dari malam sampai saya check-out pagi, akhirnya tidak mandi dan menahan buang air, Saat check-out pagi resepsionis tidak ada di tempat sampai harus menunggu sangat lama entah dari mana, padahal saya juga harus mengejar kereta. Kamar tidak bersih, dan kondisi sekitar hotel yang kotor banyak sampahnya. Memang benar harga menentukan kualitas tapi apakah pantas sampai seminim itu, semoga semakin baik.
