Kita booking lewat aplikasi dengan harga yang lebih murah daripada beli di tempat, saat check-in, kita bayar dengan harga itu, muka penjaganya auto masam, terus saya minta tolong dibersihkan dia jawab pun agak lambat, menjelang siang kita pergi keluar dan saat malam kita pulang, kamar sama sekali tidak dibersihkan. Keesokan hatinya saat mau check-out saya bagi punci ke penjaganya itu, saya ucapkan terima kasih namun dia tidak menjawab, memanglah pelayanan yang sangat-sangat buruk 😈.

The hotel looked old and dirty especially the bathroom. The pictures of room and facilities unreliable. When I made the complaints the staff just ignored and saying all the rooms just the same. I didn't check in because I could not imagine to stay in this hotel. The staff and the owner simply saying because it's cheaper that's all you can get. I had booked other hotels cheaper than this but it wasn't look bad and dirty as this hotel. Really unrecommended for the staying and the attitudes of the staff.

It's very good and affordable room. I loved spending time at the balcony overlooking the pool. The staffs were friendly as well. One thing though. I hated a huge pile of dirty bed sheets on the entrance stairs and it was there the whole day and night. I hope they'll be more concerned about that.

Baru masuk ruangan saja sudah tercium bau pengap, lantai bnyk pasir, keran air kotor. Sebelum tidur saya mengalasi tempat tidur dgn handuk yg diberikan krn bau seprei yg jarang dibersihkan. Tengah malam saya terbangun dan ada bentolan di lutut dan wajah, krn merasa gatal2 saya bangun dan melihat 2 kutu berjalan di dekat bantal. Saya pun membuka sprei dan terdapat beberapa kutu lagi di sana. Walhasil saya tidak bisa tidur lagi. Ini mimpi buruk bagi saya. Mohon pihak hotel lebih menjaga kebersihan kamar. Apalagi tempat tidur.
