Great location, great pool, great receptionist staff ( if you are looking for a quite are) clean bedsheet, not sure if they change it before me (God Knows), old towels, I found 2 death mice in the pool, staff don't bother to clean up the pool and what they are doing mostly playing guitar, rundown property, bathroom full of stain and rusty, cracking wall, great property if they have staff that are truly working and maintain the property. these pictures showing everything. uncomfortable pillow

Dari awal saya cek in pelayanannya bener-beer bikin keki bikin kesel sampe kerjaan dibuat buyar cuma karna cek in yang dari pihak agen online-nya, dan fasilitas sama sekali diluar dugaan gak nyaman AC kaya kipas angin air bau dan lemot, kolam renang banyak cacing dan kotor. Trus saya dikenakan denda 40.000 semestinya 80. 000 karna saya telat cek out hanya 20 menit (karna saya belum sampai di villa) dan itu sudah janji sama recpsionist nya lalu saya balik ke villa malah diminta uang 80 padahal saya udah janji sebelumnya, jadi saya ngotot saya konsisten saya bayar 40.000 sebab saya ngeluh fasilitas gak pernah digubris cuma hanya dilihat dan ga ada solusi untuk pindah kamar, demi apapun saya kecewa!

Karyawan ramah. Pertama masuk kamar sedikit kotor sepertinya belum ready, hari ke 2 sudah bersih. Kolam renang oke. WiFi oke. Breakfast hanya nasi goreng atau roti. So far oke karena tidak banyak pengunjung saat itu berasa punya kolam pribadi 😊 Terima kasih.

Sampai hotel jam 11 malam, pas mau check ini tiba-tiba disuruh pindah ke hotel terdekat yang katanya rekanan dengan alasan hotel full booked, di mana kualitas hotel tersebut tidak lebih baik. Please hal seperti ini jangan sampai terjadi lagi. Kita tamu seperti diremehkan. Thanks.
