Pelayanan tidak terlalu baik. Di apk ad diskon tapi setelah cekin katanya tidak diskon jadi diminta selisih bayar. Mau minta pass wifi tidak di kasih katanya belum print user & passnya. Parahh. Mau cancel tapi keburu waktu. Sangat menyesal nginap di sini.

Pelayanan ramah, on time service, rapih tapi khusus ventilasi toilet dan jendela kamar sebaiknya diperhatikan kebersihannya selalu, kualitas bantal lebih ditingkatkan lagi dan bercak selimut bisa di laundry agar tamu lebih nyaman istirahat.

Tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi, di aplikasi ketersediaan kamar ada setelah tiba di hotel kamar full dan kata recepsionist harus menunggu 2 jam.

Awal masuk susah nyari receptionist-nya soalnya tidak di tempat, tidak ada sinyal, WiFi tidak ada padahal di keterangan bisa free WiFi, Airnya juga mati pas pagi sampai check-out, terus pas check-out tidak tahu ini receptionistnya kemana lagi sampai setengah jam nyari-nyari tidak ketemu.

The wifi is not working. The room was not properly cleaned, we found a bag of trash still left in the bathroom. AC is working properly, water heater is working properly. Bed is comfortable, despite the small blanket for 1 person while the bed being a double bed and the room booked for 2. Location is by the main street, easy to reach and difficult to miss.
