Dapat promo, bayar 100rb angsul dapat kamar bagus. Kamar luas, AC dingin tapi airnya ngalir ke dalam jadi lantai basah, ada handuk tapi ga ada persabunan, tv nyala. Bagus. Tapi kunci kamar harus tinggal di lobi, gaboleh dibawa keluar.

KTP asli di tahan resepsionis pada saat check in, seharusnya hanya fotocopy saja. Dikarenakan kita juga enggak bisa jalan keluar tanpa membawa KTP. Dan juga tidak ada tempat sampah di kamar.

AC gak dingin, tidak ada solusi, kecewa sama pelayanan. Kalo bisa di evaluasi dulu. Di bertahukan di awal kalo memamang AC tidak berfungi dengan baik. Bintang 1 si cocoknya.

Kamarnya lumayan tapi masih ada kotoe kayak sarang laba laba, bagian kepala ksurnya berjamur mungkin lembab dan itu ga di bersihin. Wc nya standar. Btw kebagian kamar yang ga ada tv nya. Awalnya ga masalah sih bisa scroll sosmed aja tapi pas aku tanya untuk fasilitasnya katanya tersedia wifi tapi pas di tanya ga ada wifi (ada tapi buat operator aja). Bingung saya.

Resepsionis kurang baik pelayanan, kamar jorok, tempat tidur tidak dibersihkan langsung pasang selimut, di hadapan tamu resepsionis berteriak teriak menyuru cleaning servis, gak sopan.
