Hotel paling parah yang pernah saya tempati selama pakai Traveloka. Karena janjian dengan kawan bisnis dekat dengan lokasi hotel terpaksa saya tempati tapi sangat mengecewakan AC tidak dingin, pelayanan sangat buruk, Lantai kotor berdebu, kamar mandi jorok, handuk, air mineral, sabun, sikat gigi apalagi sandal semua tidak ada, Parah jadi kecewa juga sama Traveloka kenapa hotel kaya gini dimasukan ke aplikasi.

Jadi rencana saya mau continue menginap karena menunggu jadwal acara yang masih belum jelas selesainya tapi tidak jadi dengan alasan, kalau malam berisik, AC bocor, Bed sudah tidak bagus pernya berasa dibadan, bangun tidur badan sakit, stop kontak cuma 1 lobang, channel TV bures, bantalnya sudah tipis keras, Banyak nyamuk kalau malam, tidak disediakan handuk, tidak disediakan tempat sampah di kamar/didekat pintu. Untuk harga di atas 100 ribu harusnya bisa lebih baik dari ini, paling tidak bednya diganti yang nyaman lah, semoga bisa lebih baik kedepannya. Mohon maaf kepada pihak hotel untuk ulasan saya yang kurang bagus.

first, I was surprised when I found myself in a non window room. but that' is lately ok... when, second: there was only one electronic plug in the room and it was unable to use. well actually there were two plugs..but you had to unplug the tivi. the third: the room is smell bad. I think the bed is where the smell came from. but I appreciate the staff...they were so helpful. so I hope the management could have maintenance schedule so that smell room problem can be overcome. thank you team. 👌

Toilet kit hanya untuk 1 hari padahal kita menginap 2 malam, handuk untuk mandi kita yang harus respon minta, tisue tidak tersedia baik di toilet dan di luar toilet, AC kamar menetes, saluran TV tidak bersih.
