Kotor, sepertinya tidak dibersihkan dahulu sebelum tamu datang. Handuk, sabun, keset, tisu tidak tersedia. Sprei warna putih sudah berwarna kecoklatan, dan bau 😔. Tidur di kasur yang peernya sudah menonjol-menonjol bikin badan sakit. Mau bagaimanapun seharusnya kebersihan jadi yang utama. Apakah karena harganya murah? Tapi dengan harga murah apakah pelayanan kamar rendah? Harusnya tergantung pengelolaan ya. Ya mudah-mudah diperbaiki. Lokasi di tengah kota dan strategis, harusnya itu bisa dijadikan modal bagus untuk kamar yang baik, biar pelanggan yang niatnya staycation/ liburan ala-ala ransel gak cuma sekali dateng ke sini dan kapok.

Tidak ada air hangat, sabun mandi, dan handuk. Kami sudah menghubungi bagian receptionis untuk meminta amenities meskipun nanti bakalan ada extra fee. Kami hanya diminta menunggu, tapi hingga besoknya kami check out, amenitiesnya gak dikasih.

Tempat tidur kotor seperti bekas digunakan customer lain dan tidak diganti, tisu hanya kotaknya saja tidak ada isi dan handuk tidak ada, balkon kotor dan banyak bekas puntung rokok customer sebelumnya. Sangat buruk layanannya.

Banyak cacing/belatung di wc. Sudah disiram masih muncul, sudah dibersihkan sama petugas nya masih muncul, tidak ada sabun, sikat gigi, odol dan handuk, tapi resepsionisnya sangat ramah.
