Harga tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi. Padahal sudah bayar melalui aplikasi, ternyata pas mau check in malah dipinta tambahan uang karena harga kamar 150rb padahal di aplikasi 90rb, jadi kami dipinta tambahan uang cash 60rb untuk bayar di receptionist. Dan kondisi kamar pun miris, sangat berbeda dengan di foto. Semoga hotel ini bisa lebih baik lagi, dan lebih jujur memasang harga di aplikasi, supaya tidak banyak orang lagi yang tertipu.

Tidak ada air panas, AC tidak dingin, colokan tv ngga ada stromnya, sangat tidak menyenangkan menginap di sini ditambah yang jaga minta tambahan biaya.
