Padma Homestay

Spent two nights at this place, very well maintained for a homestay. Paid for a room without aircon, but the humidity just feels right and chill even when it was burning hot outside. Each room has a small balcon-view on with a sliding door (I think this is where the air circulates from). The toilet is very clean, come with a water heater too! Minus point for the noisy / loud neighbors who surprisingly only exist at (mid)night lmao (but I am very used to it since I also had my own kos-kosan experience too, this one is relatively tolerable though) :D However, I don't think the management for online booking is being handled properly. I mean it was understandable to get "inspected" at first, considering it is the security guard's work from the beginning. But I feel like this would not happen if they have been informed by the owner about incoming room booking(s) online priorly. I even got asked on my second day of stay, whether I had this permission to came in or not (which then I needed to show the proof of my booking twice after the first check-in).

fasilitas ok, staf ramah dan inisiatif membawakan koper, kamar dan toilet bersih, tidak ada ac namun ada pintu sliding yg dapat dibuka untuk merasakan angin sejuk bandung. sangat puas, thankyou 🙏🙏 10/10

for that price its a wonderful place. a little bit minus is wifi not fast enough like 1mbs, and chair was broken, but its not minus for that kind of low price. overall its a great place to stay. nice bright room. balcony, facilities, parking, staff. i liked it

Lokasi agak jauh dari pusat kota jadi harus naek motor kalau mau kemana mana. Staff very friendly

Penginapannya nyaman dan ini gabung sama kos-kosan. Banyak anak ngekos di sini juga. Kamarnya bersih, tidak sempit sayang ga ada TV-nya hehehe. Kamar mandi bersih ada air panasnya. Nyaman dan betah menginap di sini.

Sudah biasa menginap di sini. Kamar yang double room ok. Saya suka. Tapi next-nya mungkin bisa taruh password Wi-Fi dan username Wi-Fi di meja ya, biar enggak tanya-tanya lagi.

Kurang bersih kamarnya. Tp overall ok lah buat 1-2 malam. Saya sering juga nginap di Padma. Biasanya yang double room, kali ini pesan yang single room juga tp ternyata ga sebersih itu. Password wifi harus nanya dulu, agak ribet.

Staff & owner ramah, kamar bersih, disediain air minum + kopi juga.

Just enough for a night here. Cleanliness and all is so-so.
