semua staf hotel sangat ramah, kolam renang air hangat itu paling best, bisa renang sampe malem sekeluarga, restoran paling okey dg makanan yg bervariasi, ada tradisional food, juga western, masakan asia juga ada. saya udah 2 kali nginep di Padma hotel Bandung. kalo ada rezeki ingin nginap lagi bersama ibu saya n keluarga. pokok nya awesome Padma Hotel Bandung.

the BEST hotel you could stay in Bandung, the view, food and room is AMAZING. there's so many activities you can do, i personally think one day is not enough to really enjoy every thing that the hotel has to offer. LOVE the service, every staffs is super helpful and friendly. thankyou to ziko (the receptionist) who helped us check in, the yoga instructor who is very helpful and kind. i just love everything about this hotel, keep up the good work Padma! cant wait to come back one day and enjoy longer stay with you guys!

selalu menyenangkan setiap ada kesempatan ke Bandung, menyempatkan waktu menginap di Hotel Padma.
Afternoon tea & sarapan nya bikin kangen 😍😍 kamar nyaman, view&udara nyaman. staff ramah&membantu, tapi jujur jauh lebih ramah&terasa tulus pelayanan sebelum jaman covid 😁 semoga keramahan pelayanan staff bisa dr dalam hati, bukan cuma karena SOP 😁
sudah banyak resto&cafe yang buka di dekat hotel, jadi nyaman banget

Sangat puas, anak-anak benar-benar happy sekali tidak mau pulang. Komentar anak-anak, semua staf ramah dan wajah-nya full senyum 😁 beda dengan hotel bintang 5 lainnya, termasuk anak-anak sangat nyaman dengan Kak Tiffany di bagian Wolly Kids Club. Terima kasih banyak Kak Tiffany, anak-anak happy dan enggak akan lupa sepertinya, di bahas terus 😅
