酒店的服務真的很不錯! 我們從入住就感受到他們的熱情, 由於我們有一位同行實在暈船暈到不行, 站不直走不了那種, 他們的職員很貼心的特別用私家車送她去渡假村, 而其它人則坐shuttle bus. 村裡雖然只有一家餐廳, 但水準很不錯, 也沒有想其它村一樣價錢貴到誇張, 都是正常價位, 另設在房裡BBQ, 也很特別!

new, clean and bright villa, nothing much to criticize really!! food was nice but i'd prefer it as room service; buffet in the cafe food wasn't warm enough, but staff are attentive and friendly. there were some activities provided by the villa and free shuttle to the Plaza Lagoi (but you'd not go, there's nothing there!) I'm already satisfied by my pool villa so these others didn't excite me. Spa was nice too but you gotta book it before you check-in, it's busy!

A valid credit card is required to process the reservation confirmation. Hotel will proceed to authorize one night deposit charge from credit card provided to guarantee your booking.
* Full Payment will be required upon check-in.
* Payment by credit card is accepted, any settlement by credit card will be converted to Indonesia Rupiah currency at the hotel's prevailling daily exchange rate, credit card payment will be charge in Indonesia Rupiah under indonesian bank requirements, your credit card bill will show the amounts in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank. (shall be based on the government mandated rate )
* The management reserve the right in our absolute discretion at anytime and without warning to change and cancel your booking.
* Check-in time is from 3.00 pm and check-out at 12.00 noon.
* Maximum occupants allowed are 02 adults and 01 child ( one bedroom pool villa ) and 04 adults and 02 children ( two bedroom pool villa ) 4-11 years old, sharing existing bedding in parent’s room with additional charge. Please note that children aged 12 years and above will be charged at adult rate and should be indicated as adult in the booking pad.
* Breakfast for children below 4 years old will be free.
* Exchange rates for reference only.

我和太太在這裡住了4天，我們被這裡親切的員工、優美的環境所深深吸引，每天上午她們派高爾夫球車送我們到海灘旁的餐廳用餐，你的視線將不會想要離開這片美麗的沙灘和迷人的小島。 她的泳池比起一般的VILLA更大，且水質乾淨透徹，140公分深度，還有階梯及扶手方便老人小孩上下泳池，十分貼心的設計。 我們也使用兩次SPA，一次在房間內，一次在店內。房間內的2.5個小時的PACKAGE包括傳統按摩+BODY SCRUB+BODY MASK 含稅價格是90萬盧比(約合台幣2300)，以飯店按摩的價格非常便宜。可散步也可請高爾夫球車載到SPA，店內感覺非常華麗，更重要的是技術絕對到位，一路都在半夢半醒。 不同於巴里島，在這裡感覺更像度假，我們會再來的，

We had a lovely family holiday staying at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan. All staff were very nice and accommodating. A welcome fruit platter and cake were a very nice touch from the resort. We will be back to stay here again in the near future. Ferry transfer was excellent
