My stay at Pesona Ciater was the worst experience I've ever had while traveling with my family. Words can hardly describe our disappointment. First, the photos online do not reflect the reality of the villa at all. We were initially excited about our stay, but it quickly turned into a nightmare, forcing us to find another place to stay. Getting to this remote area felt like an adventure in itself. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the condition of the villa. The appliances were extremely dirty, especially the gas stove and refrigerator. Everything seemed damaged and broken; The paint was peeling, and it was clear the bedding hadn't been changed in years. There were many lizards everywhere, and the toilet, which was heated by gas, felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere was more like a neglected cage than a welcoming space for guests. We asked the gatekeeper for a better villa, but he was unable to help. His wife informed us that the property had not been maintained for years. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We have submitted several complaints to Traveloca, but so far, we have not received a satisfactory response. I believe it's my right to receive a full refund, and I urge other travelers to avoid this location.

Villanya spacious, saya datang sekeluarga total berlima. Tamannya luas, ruang keluarganyanya juga sangat luas, semua fasilitas vila berfungsi dengan baik. Area tenang dan jauh dari keramaian, cocok untuk pelarian dari hiruk pikuk kota. Akses ke vila agak jauh dari keramaian, akan lebih baik sudah membeli makanan terlebih dahulu. Dari depan gerbang perumahan banyak minimarket dan warung makanan

Villanya bersih walaupun bangunan terlihat bangunan tua/lama, jalan akses masuk ke villa jauh banget jadi kalau mau keluar malam sedikit takut karena sepi dan kurang lampu penerangan. Yang suka suasana hijau tumbuhan dan udara yang sejuk villa ini sangat ccok, penjaga villa juga ramah dan mau membantu tamu jika kesulitan atau butuh sesuatu untuk dibelikan saat malam.

Kondisi rumah, lumayan cukup baik rapih dan terurus, susana enak, ruangan besar, murah, hanya lumayan jauh ke jalan raya. Untuk fasilitas yang tersedia water heater, bathub ada kompor, peralatan makan, cukup memuaskan, halaman luarnya luat. Paling kalo ada yang rusak segera diperbaiki, seperti water heater bawah agak macet, kadang nyala kadang nggak, kloset atas rusak gak bisa flushing. Yang lainnya, sangat memuaskan, penjaga villa nya juga ramah.
