You may be required to present medical certificate of your health condition and valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed.
Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

Definitely would stay here again! Room is spacious, bathroom was sparkling clean ✨, If you get the One bedroom suite, the room has 2 ACs which is really nice, dining table & the living room was rlly clean. Mungkin lampunya aja remang2, overall bagus + pas dateng dibawain tas ke kamar, bisa parkir motor pas didepan kamar. Breakfast enak🫶🏻 Thankyou Plagoo Holiday Hotel!🙌🏻

I got the room for a discounted price and was amazed at the room size and quality. The room was newly rennovated, has full facility, and clean, though the furniture was old. The breakfast was fine, and the staff could ve been nicer.

Plusnya kamar luas, cukup bersih, mereka berusaha memberi pelayanan terbaik meskipun staff terbatas. Minusnya breakfast menu sama selama 4 hari dan gak enak. Bangunan perlu perawatan, hotel jauh dari jalan raya. Tidak terima laundry alasan kurang staff. Mau cari makan susah kalo gak bawa mobil.
