I booked it here but still need to insert the booking to apps. Its a bit troublesome. Because we need to insert check in and check out time. In the apps we can't check in at 2pm, earliest is 3 pm. I booked at 3pm but the roomboy was late until 4.30pm. I have meeting at 5pm, so really irritating. Then the door using smart lock but the number keys is really small, sometimes needs to generate again through the apps. Really² annoying. My kid want to swim but the wind was really blowing hard so its really could but the playground was okay. I texted at 9am the roomboy and CS live chat that I need 30min late check out but they didn't reply at all. I got out late around 10min but already can't lock the smart door because the password has change and I couldn't generate it anymore through apps. Overall the place was okay but the service was awful and irritating.
