Ini bukan hotel, tapi kos-kosan. Resepsinisnya gak ramah. Pas malam-malam datang di kamar terus bukannya di meja respsionis, ketika mau check out pun, lama harus bangunin pas jam 5 pagi. Marah-marah plus asem mukanya. Westafel bocor-bocor. Berkerak pula. Jelek banget service nya.
