Bagus banget, tapi staff yang di WA lambat banget balasnya. Jadi, kalau tanya-tanya susah, usahakan fast respon by WA atau mungkin kontak yang bisa dihubungi dong. Kebetulan kemarin kami pakai jasa paparazzi by Merumatta dan foto kami tertinggal di lobby sejumlah 4 foto, tolong direspon ya.

The hotel name has changed to Merumatta so it was confusing on arrival, but that didn't really cause a problem as we phoned them and got the right information. The room was exceptional. Beautiful interior, spacious, comfortable. Best for honeymoon but was also perfect for a small family. Somehow we couldn't fill the jacuzzi with hot enough water as we wished, but we could still enjoy it. The direct access to the infamous pool directly from the room was also so convenient. The staff were all friendly and we had no complaint about their services. Room service was great. Breakfast was too simple, but OK. The access to the beach, the access to nearest harbor, everything was so convenient we wishes we stayed there longer. Would definitely like to come back.

Kamar sangat bagus, bersih, dan nyaman, interior bathroom juga tergolong mewah. Kolam renang dan halaman bersih teratur. Staff sangat ramah dan cepat tanggap. Menu breakfast tergolong cukup variatif, dari yang western seperti sosis, kentang, omelette, sereal, ada juga nasi campur khas lombok, soto, toast, dessert. Overall sangat sangat memuaskan 👍✨. Hanya satu saran untuk pihak hotel (semoga dibaca) tolong pisau untuk memotong buah agar dikhususkan, karena kemarin semangkanya ada aroma bawangnya 😅.
