Pullman Bali Legian Beach

環境幽靜，職員非常有禮和貼心。房間和設施亦非常整潔，燈光亮度亦非常適合。游泳池的位置能觀賞日落，是酒店其中一個賣點。

整體來說飯店很舒適，房間也很棒，有2個泳池都很好，早餐也非常棒，離主要大街需走一小段路但不遠。

I have booked the hotel for a day as I heard it’s a 4 stars hotel in the Kuta’s central region. My flight arrived late at mid-night, Taxi ride was only 15 mins from the airport. When I got to the reception someone was at the counter checking in and there was only one person serving at the counter. I waited for 15 mins until another person came to help at the counter. I was not too happy with the long wait. After checking in, the staff showed me the direction to the room. The room was quite decent, but just a bit old furnished. Other than the shower room, everything else is clean and tidy. The shower is not working too well and the water is not hot enough. And I can a bit of dirt on the shower room floor. After the good night sleep, I woke up in the morning to ask for a late check out. But someone came in the room without notifying me, this was before 1 pm (the time I asked for the late checkout). The overall staying experience was so-so. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay at the hotel. But if you are looking for a one day stay then it’s not a bad choice given it’s only 15 mins from the airport.

Pullman的每一位員工都非常友善，笑臉迎人且主動打招呼，任何汽車要進飯店都需要經過安全檢查，安全非常有保障，若要出門可以請飯店協助叫計程車(Blue Bird)，大廳比較特別是開放式的，但寬敞高挑所以非常通風，飯店的指引不甚明顯，房間內的設備偏些微老舊，房間內燈光不夠明亮，開陽台門時要特別注意會有蚊子(儘管他們每日都有撲滅蚊蟲，但仍是防不勝防)，床墊和枕頭十分柔軟舒適，電視頻道的選擇多樣化，還有提供瑜珈墊、健身器材、雨傘供旅客使用，WIFI很給力不會有斷網的問題，飯店自助早餐非常好吃，選擇很多樣化，非常建議連同訂房時一起訂購比較划算，三樓頂樓游泳池畔的風景很不錯，蠻推薦來小度假幾日，客源群偏歐美系國家，亞洲面孔較少。

We have enjoyed our stay over Pullman and are in love with the cozy king size bed! Of course, also the breakfast and the rooftop infinity pool! The location is perfect, not very far from the airport, and super close to food and the beach! However, we would recommend you to pick a smaller hotel if you are looking for privacy as couple, since Pullman is more family/group travel oriented overall.

很令人舒服放鬆的酒店，服務品質也是一級棒，只是發現房間浴缸的伸縮蓮蓬頭拉出來是髒的，而且收回有點故障。環境很令人滿意。

飯店內的設施跟活動都很好！很放鬆的地方！ 但是感覺床的舒適度普通，浴缸的蓮蓬頭有點壞掉

The second i enter my room, i see like 10 mosquitos flying around. and full of moldy smell the whole room.i came back from snorkeling and i have a reservation of Sarong res. so i need to take a shower immediately. then i found the shower nuzzle is broken. at that moment, i dont even believe im in a "Pullman".then i called the operator to send me a technician. that take TEN minutes.in that ten minuate. i got three bites from mosquitos. and i killed two. used spray. after the technician confirmed the shower nuzzle is broken and he needs to change one. im finally pissed off. i called the reception to request a room change. they told me to WAIT. im like... wait for what?! more mosquito bites?! i went down to the lobby myself and they gave me a room change eventually. but it still has the moldy smell. that experience has ruined my mood of the entire vacation. i booked 3 days of pullman. at that time i wish i should have stay in Ulu Segara. im not going to pullman again.

服務不錯.早餐豐富.樓頂泳池視野佳.飯店大門即是海攤.離庫塔購物鬧區也不遠.晚上很安靜. 可惜房間設施略顯粗糙.洗臉台排水孔活塞故障也未維修

酒店位置很好，对面马路就是沙滩，旁边还有很多吃的餐厅，很方便，前面不远也有商场，三楼的泳池也很漂亮，也可在那赏夕阳

Hotel room was comfortable, nice swimming pool. Close to the beach and shopping area. However, there is a must in staff training! Especially in the restaurant! How can you give the customer a can of sprite and said that is a homemade lemonade?!

我一到達，簡單檢查一下就休息，之後發現mini bar壞了，部份頻道有畫面無聲音。 職員很快就來修理，很快解決問題。 之後就有Room service 送來紅酒及朱古力蛋糕興祝我及太太的Honeymoon!

The rooftop pool is awesome, we enjoy staying here a lot. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and the people there is very friendly as well. The location is very convenient as well, just cross the street to go to the beach, and to beach walk shopping center is less than 10 mins walk. We love this hotel!

hotel without its own identity like many other 5 star hospitality brands these days: good overall quality without a personal touch or feel, nothing really to remember

Good Experience

My first time staying at the Pullman and at a more elite hotel. I was disappointed and feel like Ive had better service at $50 a night hotels. Whilst the grounds were nice and staff friendly, the hotel room was basic, and lacked sufficient room for my case and clothing. My room was not cleaned properly, basic amenities such as bathmats and facewashers not replaced and floors not swept. Bath salts I used on the first night were not replaced. I reused my towels and did not expect my linen to be changed during my stay so there was no excuse not to clean the room to an acceptable standard. The garden view room was in fact looking directly into the mens toilet whilst they used the urinal due to poor privacy shielding. The benefits they offer in fact require a deposit eg they offer a pillow menu but expect a $50 deposit to use. Benefits-close to beach and decent restaurants.

Rooms were smelly

Excellent breakfast and professional service throughout the Hotel.
